So happy to see another new fork technique! I don't know why you include this boring meal prep stuff when really all we want to see is how to hold our fork each week
Just wanted to drop by and say that these meal videos are wonderful. They're not too lengthy, they provide all the necessary information. I've made two of the meals so far and they came out great. I'm trying the Firecracker Beef & Brussels tonight. Being someone who didn't cook much in the past, I started my cooking journey with these videos and they've been on point for me. Keep up the content, I'll be watching.
Good stuff. Looks like a lot of the prep time is spent chopping the vegetables - if anyone's really not interested in cooking, I would just use a bag of frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, onions, sometimes all sold together, and frozen spinach), omit the potatoes and use a pound of pasta, use garlic and onion powder for seasoning, and maybe use concentrated tomato paste instead of the canned tomatoes since the frozen vegetables will have a good amount of water in them too. Could pull this meal together in 20-30 mins with all that.
if anyone's really not interested in "cooking"? to be clear, you mean chopping the veggies, right? because you still need to actually cook everything for this to work lol. you could still buy fresh veggies and pulse them in the food processor or a blender.
Looking at the prep time in the recipe, it states 30min prep time and 30 min cook time. Thats not really a lot of time for a good meal and its always better to use fresh vegetables.
@@cplcabs Actually not, most of the time the frozen vegetables keep their nutrients better than the ones you buy fresh since they are plucked in their prime and then flash frozen.

Here’s another one cooked same way: 1 onion 1 jalapeño diced cook down in olive oil. Add lean ground beef until browned. Add 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oregano, cook down, add 1 can of black or kidney beans (drained), one can whole plum tomatoes, cook until thickened chili consistency, cook elbow macaroni separately ( follow box directions, about half pound. Add pasta to chili mix, add in chedder cheese, transfer to baking dish, bake at 400 or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Voila, Emeril LaGasse chili Mac. Add salt in various steps as needed.
I used to do a lot of meal prep when I used to go to the gym and I actually don’t do it anymore but I still absolutely love watching your videos and everyone of them makes me soooo hungry. Good job man.

Several questions: 1) A good number of your recipes contain red meats. I burn a minimum of 1000 active cal just at work. Avg. 3000 cal total. I eat a lot. But I’m hoping these high cal diets will help me keep better track. Definitely challenging to put on mass when you burn as many calories as I do. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
I subbed out for ground chicken, beef stock and no potatoes and by far this has to be my favorite recipe :)
Would love to see more bulking-focused vids!! 95% of the meal preps that I see on RUclips are for caloric deficits.
Dude changed my meal prep game
Glad to have helped 😎
This taste really good and I won’t get made fun of for not seasoning my food anymore !!
Bless you Josh
Love your recipes bro
Love it! Just bought all the ingredients and making it now :) thanks a ton!
Awesome, let me know how it is?
@@aaronwalker1549 it tastes amazing! Pretty easy to cook as well, just make sure you have a large enough pot because I had to cook my spinach separately as it wouldn’t fit in the pot.
@@chiragkamath8295 Awesome, gonna have to give it a go. 👍🏼
Lol thanks, I don't really do meal prep, but i make this for my family and they really love it
Really amazing content man, focus on the basics and never fails. Do you have any vegetarian options on your website or in here?
I don't. I don't eat vegetarian so i don't cook that way
Hi, Josh! Thanks a lot for all the work you’ve been doing on making this recipes&videos. I was just wondering, is it ok to meal prep beef or chicken recipes for 5 portions (5 days for the week) or is it better to meal prep 2 times per week (3 portions at a time)? I am asking this from a food safety perspective, what do you think?
2 times a week is absolutely best for freshness but cooking 2 times a week is less convenient so you have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself
Hey I’m new here sorry if it’s a silly question but why can’t you hold that fork how it meant to be held?
Bro, that fork tecnique was insane💀
