Who needs girl dinner when you can have girl dessert?
I was craving something sweet, except I had nothing on hand except for flour, greek yogurt, and some pantry staples. But I didn’t let that stop me 💪
I kept my weight loss goal in mind and decided to whip up low-fat, high protein cinnamon buns. I didn’t have yeast, so what did I do? I added some baking soda and baking powder to help them rise
You may be wondering why I only made enough for one serving. Well, in the spirit of girl dinner, I was almost out of flour, so I had to use what I had 😅
🎉 And surprise, surprise! They turned out GREAT! A delicious, satisfying dessert that didn’t derail my health goals.
