Machi-chuka, a local favorite run by grandma and grandpa for 50 years
Founded in 1974 near Toyota Station in Toyota City, Yaoyo Restaurant was renovated three years ago to make way for a new location.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the couple's establishment, and it has long been loved by the people of the town.
From the selection of ingredients to the preparation and cooking, every step of the process is carefully and delicately done. They have been doing it for 50 years without ever cutting corners. We caught up with the couple one day.
