We do make cheese but the style we make isn't suited to using in quiche. We make fresh cheese that doesn't melt and in quiche you want a melting cheese. Thanks for watching!

My paternal grandfather was Norwegian and he introduced me to goat's cheese at a young age and I still enjoy it 😊
