Absolutely going to make this on the weekend. Switching out the bacon for breakfast sausage, and adding leeks along with some red pepper. This is great way to use up leftovers for Sunday brunch.

I’m not a quiche eater (can’t have cheese) but I’m sure going to try that potato crust with a frittata - I might have to lower the sides to prevent the broiler from burning but I think it will work. Love your videos👍🏻💙🧑🏻‍🍳
