I just purchased this golf watch for a good price. It’s a great watch for me and does exactly what I need it to do. It’s an upgrade from an older watch I used . I found this watch to be pretty accurate after comparing the yardage to my buddies laser range finder .
Great explanation of most of it thank you. I only bought this for distance as I have MiScore on my phone. I’m used to having a bushel watch, however the hazard numbers are a bit confusing. Obvious are the water, bunker ones but the layup numbers have me beat. Hopefully I’ll get used to it. For the price it’s a pretty good item.
I have had this watch for a couple of years and it has worked quite well. However, when I played yesterday, after the 14th hole it refused to recognize the I had moved to the next hole. Perhaps if I have turned off the scorecard feature it would have moved on. Is it possible to scroll ahead to the next hole on the watch screen or scroll back to the previous hole? Thanks
I am not able to find the clue elsewhere, does this watch only sync data to phone app after a whole 18hole game being scored? I normally play 9 hole games, and it seems the rounds won't be sync'd to phone app, unless I just give high arbitrary scores to the other 9 holes that I didnt play. Any hint if it simply could record just 9 holes and sync would be really appreciated
Hi Nancy. If you can see the distance increasing as you measure the yardage to your first shot, you need to press the orange button twice to get back to the main screen which will show you the distance you have left to the green
Sadly I bought one and it loses the connection to GPS every round of golf. Also when I swipe to get back to the hole I am on ,having reconnected it takes forever to find it. Really totally bored with the watch way to fiddly .
If you're happy with a simply watch to just give you the basics, then would 100% recommend the Garmin S12, which is currently on offer in the UK on amazon for £120 - amzn.to/3pCJThV (I may earn commission from this link) If you want a colour screen then the Garmin S42 is also pretty slim, but is a jump up in price to around £250. They're generally the slimmest though so will be best for smaller wrists IMO.

Brilliant video! I couldn't believe, that it was possible to do a complete guide in 7 minutes! Well done! Not a second wasted. Thanks a lot!
Thanks so much, that’s my plan for my tutorial videos, just get straight to it and share everything 👍
Well you hag time on your hands

Thank you Jane 🙏
Even at mega budget prices you'd have thought they could do better than a 1992 game boy vibe.
🤣🤣 now I want to play Tetris!

Yes, if I remember correctly fly you just swipe up and down
Thank's for sharing Kevin
No worries Raj. Appreciate it’s a niche video, more for those thinking of buying the watch
Trying to set my Bushnell Edge to the app on phone keeps saying no device found can you help me
I'm sorry, I no longer have the watch

Sorry, I no longer have the watch so I can’t test that
After my drive, I can measure the distance to my second shot. However, I can’t figure out how to then measure the distance to the green

Do you know if there is a way to delete a round on this watch? Thanks
I don’t have the watch any more, but my guess is you need to do it from the app rather than the watch
Thank you
You’re welcome 👍

Sorry to hear that, but I agree the touchscreen can be fiddly. I didn't have any issues with losing connection when I used it though
How do you upload your score from the ion edge to the Bushnell app
Should just transfer when you sync the watch to the app
Which watch would recommend for small wrists? Looking for something thin not too big

you show me everything? what about the bluetooth. what is it connecting to and how can we use the app?
Bluetooth connects to the Bushnell golf app. Pretty straight forward, will show it on my full review coming soon 👍
My watch is set on Demo and I can’t out of it
I’m sorry, I don’t.
How can i check if my local course is on the Watch?
Here you go - www.bushnellgolf.com/support/search-available-gps-course-maps
Just got my watch and am totally lost on the set-up…is there a number I can call?
If this video doesn't help, you might want to return the watch.
Is it waterproof
I think it’s shower proof, but not waterproof
Just checked, it’s IPX 7, which means it should withstand 30 mins at no more than 1 metre depth…so it’s actually pretty waterproof
@@GolfGuyReviews thanks
My watch does not turn on. help?
If it’s not charging up, send it back!
Not user friendly 😅
