I think you would enjoy some Nanowar of Steel. Really fun lyrics but great musicianship. Norwegian Regaeton might be a good place to start. Valhalleluja is more of a christmas song, but also really fun. Uranus is surprisingly as educational as it is fun. Norwegian Regaeton is heavy on references to the blackmetal scene, but fun even if you don't get them (I didn't for the most part) because of the concept alone. For something completely different, Ayreon is always worth a look. Especially if you are into musical theatre and a bit more complex music.
