The fact this song (or at least the portion they use) sums up the entire plot of the game is hilarious. "You've got the touch! You've got the power!" = Lo Wang being one of few people to be able to wield the Nobitsura Kage. "When all Hell's breakin' loose, you'll be riding the eye of the storm!" = Hell literally broke loose and Lo Wang slayed his way to the Shadow Realm to kill the source of the chaos.
This is so freaking good. Easily the best video game intro in history - it's like actual decent dialogue and cinematography and it really feels like a creative love project as opposed to something that was created by a committee, which is really weird for a big video game. Why couldn't the whole game be like this?

I'd argue that Bayonetta's opening sequence was better... you're just thrown into a fucking mayhem on top of a fucking clocktower falling from the fucking mesosphere with epic fucking music playing in the background
It took 5 seconds to know this is a great game. Easily one of the best main character introductions in video gaming, and it sets the tone for the game perfectly.
I love the Grimlock toy he has on the windshield. And the song "Touch" by Stan Bush is from The Transformers: The Animated Movie. I love the Transformers references in this video!! :-)

However, most of the game is Chinese influenced, from the demons, to Chi/Ki, to the characters, and even to the Yin-Yang during loading and saving. If I remember right, it is mentioned somewhere that Lo Wang is bi-racial, so it's possible that his father may have been Chinese and his mother Japanese. That would actually be cool for a game that is influenced by both cultures.
