RIP Malcolm !!😢✝️
Always loving you Man!
When you think about their energy, keep in mind that this is the last song in a 2 1/2 hour set and they were probably in their early-mid 60s when this show was filmed...
Well, they called their band AC/DC for a reason
@@TheSGEllie and they use only the power cord, all rock should be like this :)
Every time I hear or see these guys play, i cry from my heart and soul. I am so blessed to have lived in a time called Rock an Roll
AC/DC + The Rock fans of Argentina = Legendary show
People say AC/DC always sound the same That’s why we love them if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Well thats a modyfied version of the thueh, when Bon died somethig got lost, if you look at theire bigest hits you se yhat most of them are from the Bon Era
@@TheJonasbz I think they did great songs in both era, at the end the first album with Brian was Back in Black. When Bon passed away, no one thought they could find a so good replacement, and so fast. The general idea was they was done, luckly was wrong.
And this (about always sound the same) is a BIG lie
@@TheJonasbz back in black, shoot to thrill, rock n roll ain't noise pollution, shook me all night long, for those about to rock, guns for hire(maybe), who made who, thunderstruck, money talks, rock n roll train, off the new album I'm gonna put money shot cause it fucking rocks. All brian era and I love bon.
@@TheJonasbz their 3 biggests albums are with Brian
"Riff Raff" from Family Jewels. You will see an Early AC/DC at the height of its power. "His name is Angus"
From « if you want blood you got it live » is an awsome version too
Riff Raff was written early in the 70s before bon Scott passed away .
Kind of disappointed you don't even know 'that guitar player'.
The most famous, best selling rock band of all time.
Good ol Angus young at 4:36 and the duck walk
Surely they know Angus!
Forever Malcolm Young
@@aaronbarlow4376 the late Angus. RIP....rock on..
@@ronwilliams6565 He's not dead, you're thinking of Malcolm.
That's always the last song of the night. And still all that energy.
Best closing song for gig ever!
They played River Plate three straight nights in front of a total of 200,000 people! It was the first time they had been in Argentina in 13 years. We miss ya, Malcolm! \m/
I miss them and I’m Australian gid bless South America you guys keep the energy
At their age it's amazing.
We miss Bon as well
@@1Molehill Amen to that!
@@roostersbays95 What was the deep socio-political message?
Back in the 80's, my step-dad had an amazing stereo system(for then).
I was playing this song as loud as is required byAC/DC law, when the cannons went off I blew four speakers and all you could hear was a loud humming. Man I got my ass kicked for that one.
😂🤙
My full respect to you, man!
What you can’t feel is the blast those cannons actually blast into the air. It seriously went through your body, I have been to two live concerts and they played this both times and you don’t forget them!
Boo your Step Dad....you're a HERO!
😂love it!!!
"That Guitar Player" is the mighty Angus Young small in stature but tall and mighty in his playing and energy, beyond legendary performer.
This song is usually the show closer. I've seen them twice, once in a stadium like this and once at an indoor venue and those cannon blasts literally threw you back... my hearing was gone for about 5 days but it was so much fun.
Seen them twice. My first concert ever, was FTATR tour 1981 indoors, was at the top of the arena dead center stage, when the cannons went off, the wind from them was literally blowing the hair out of our faces at the top, was so f'ing epic, hooked me for life on them and left me deaf for several days. 2nd time was outdoor, sat in direct line of floor to ceiling Marshalls, my head hurt so f'ing bad when I left and for a week.... would love to do it again, hope to for Power Up tour if they get near me.
I saw them on the tour from the video and I dead set thought my fuckin heart was exploding lmao
Australia's great gift to world Rock AC DC
Angus Young(guitar) carries that energy through a whole concert.
AC/DC brings it 110% every preformance. If you haven't done a reaction to Hell's Bells on that set they have a giant bell that Brian Johnson rings and like always Angus Young tears it up on Guitar.
He's renowned throughout the industry as being able to hit all the notes perfectly even while dancing around the stage.
Y’all have to see “Whole lotta Rosie” from River Platt!
Yes!!! Rock anthem for the ages!!!
Long live AC/DC!!!🤘🤨🤘
I saw AC/DC back in the 90's and those cannons were insanely loud.
*INTENSE*
Then again *AC/DC is the definition of an intense rock & roll band....*
A bunch of 60 somethings showing the kids how it is done!!
One of my favorite road trip tunes!!!
This was my very first concert. For Those About To Rock Tour in 1981 at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. I was 15 and had a hell of a time. The percussion from the cannons inside the building was incredible!!
I've had the pleasure of seeing AC/DC live. 2016 at Wembley stadium. I don't think I'll ever see a better live act these guys. From start to finish it's none stop energy.
The legendary River Plate Stadium. You guys reacted to Soda Stereo performing in that same place before.
Great Reaction!
acdc formed right here in Sydney Australia, true aussie band that went worlwide stardom. mate that is great
Though Angus and Malcolm were born in Scotland so we claim a wee bit of the credit..
You need to watch Angus Young in the early days. Let There Be Rock live in Glasgow 1978.
Angus was like ever ready bunny keeps going and going going especially when he was young.
His energy was insane back then!!
@@MrTech226 I' m pretty sure Angus has the most strong and resistant neck in the world. No one did more headbanging than him. I salute you. ;)
Love them 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻for those about to rock we salute u 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
by far my favorite AC/DC song, when it kicks into 5th gear after the cannon fire you just want to go nuts like that entire crowd - raw energy and so much fun to watch and experience w them !!! great reaction and thanks for the request "Them G" \\m// !!!!
My favourite as well so underrated
Only bad part about 5th gear at the concert means it’s almost over.
By far the greatest love letter written by a band to their fans in all music not just rock
This is one of my favourite concerts of all time. Those Argentinian fans - EPIC
AC/DC played at my high school hall back in '74, it was cool to go to a school that they played at. They are the Best Sydney Export out of Oz. EVA. Cheerz from Down Under (Oz.)
LET THERE BE ROCK, LIVE AT THE RIVER PLATE!!!
Seeing that song played live is something you'll never forget. You feel every shot of that cannon as the air pressure hits your chest. Fantastic band that'll live forever!
The Argies Know how to Rock
I salute you
you have to check out ACDC live in Germany! Bon Scott as the singer who sadly died
Brian Johnson! Omg. Like the most amazing rasp blues sounding rock voice EVER!. Been checking some comments and so sorry, but when 900 years old you reach, sound as good you will not. What ever rock you like today Wolf Hunterz you have AC/DC to thank for it. Love and miss you Malcolm. The amazing brother who took a "backseat" so his brother could perpetually take center stage.
Everytime I see Malcolm, still remembering him for his true talent and still feel so sad .... WE SALUTE YOU MALCOLM, KEEP ROCK
Could you picture this. For Those About to Rock is the last song of the night. See how hyped the crowd is. Then 19000+ crowd bouncing into the streets
ACDC left out only a musket:-) Great performance here!
I saw an interview with Angus Young and Brian Johnson and they said it was their rhythm guitar player and Angus's brother Malcolm Young who came up with all their special effects ideas for their shows. He had dementia before he passed away. RIP Malcolm.
my first AC/DC album in the 80`s , love so much ..... greetz from germany :)
you should do way more ACDC @ River Plate reactions !! One of the most insane concerts ever
River Plate stadium. Buenos Aires, Argentina. You should react to any tune there. We know well that the Band is amazing, but the argentinos crowd...... No words. Indescriptible.
Not knowing Angus Young by name is a SIN for anyone claiming they like rock
Not sure how much ACDC River Plate you've seen but the full gig is a must. The crowd here isn't even in the final form.
Count them, the guns fire 21 times. A legit salute.
For those about to rock ❤❤❤❤❤
Angus Young is more than a guitar player! He's a LEGEND!!!
Best rock band ever. Rest In Peace Malcolm and Bon.
Probably commented on first watch...
People got far more than their money's worth that night. Damn.
Great reaction!
Lucky to have seen them perform this circa '88. One of those musical bucket list moments- along with Back in Black.
My favorite AC/DC song for sure, and this performance is mind blowing.
Another great Australian band!
The original lead singer was Bon Scott. RIP. He died from alcohol overdose. Worth checking early “Acca Dacca” as they colloquially named in Austral.
Cannons were loud 🔊 when I saw them live 💣💣💣🎧🎶👌😎👏☀️💥💥
RIP malcom young u were the driving force behind the band great backing vocals and great guitar playing
Angus Young equals rock guitar legend...so glad I was a teenager in the beginning of all this and still love them to this day. It's just so sad that the bass guitarist passed away...I never got to see them live but they were always a fave and still are.
Here is a list that you should try:
-Thunderstruck - Live at River Plate
-Let There be Rock (official video) or Live at Apollo Theatre
-Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate)
-TNT (Live at River Plate)
-Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre
- The Jack Live at River Plate
don't forget TNT crowd is awesome
@Syx Thanks!!!
@@MsGeoffh TNT is awesome, especially with the crowd!!
@@jpfeio3 a fact awesome crowd
You should listen to TNT, Whole Lotta Rosie, Riff Raff, Let There Be Rock, Love Hungry Man and It's a Long Way to the Top with Bon Scott (RIP) on lead. Leave Brian Johnson to the songs he wrote with the band. Bon did a better job on songs he helped write. Brian does a good job on them. But, for me, he just doesn't hold up to Bon on those earlier songs. I guess I'm just prejudiced that way. lol
Look how old these guys are, and they still rock so hard.
Ac dc you shook me all night long river plate
Let there be rock, live at River Plate, awesome performance.
We salute you from argentina XD
R.I.P. (Rock In Peace) Malcom Young
The greatest Rock Band ever !
Live at Donington Castle is their best.
There is NO BETTER BAND IN THE WORLD!! AC/DC IS ROCK N ROLL!!😎🤙🍻✌
This was River Platte, Argentina. The craziest fans anywhere. After this concert the local authorities stated there had been a minor earthquake and nobody noticed.
@6:30 that look xD
In Suzi's mind just the "Did you just stop at THAT point?!"-thought xD
Haha 😂
absolutely brilliant
I was there!, Argentina 2009, best show ever!
Love you guys !! Luv AC/DC too !!
"we roll tonite to the guitar bite" :))))))))))))))))))))))
Saw them at the legendary Glasgow Apollo in 82/83 amazing then and amazing now. RIP malcolm
That is how they end every show.......that kind of energy even after 2 hours of going like they do. Also the loudest show I have seen having my ears ringing 5 days later.
You can feel the percussion of the cannon in your chest at the concerts as well. Awesome!
If you never got to see AC-DC live you missed out. Angus Young is perhaps the premier lead guitarist of his era.
They put on one helluva show
Angus!! It's dope you guys enjoy learning about the Goats of rock, (imo Ac/Dc in one) at the same time for being in a band,it's kinda surprising some of this is new to you lol
39 years ago this song ( the studio version ) introdused me to AC/DC
ese recital fue en mi hermoso país Argentina.
Argentina Simplemente Te Amooo.
Angus Young is the man! Been a hoot to watch over the decades and always a high point of the concert. Especially when he runs around the stage in his Union Jack shorts. ;)
this music get me back in the life. how much music can lift spirit, thank god ac dc and other bands i love it. hey and thanx to great reaction.
Great job with your reaction to For Those About To Rock (We Salute You ) Live from AC ⚡ DC .
I love AC DC
Saw this tour at Wembley Arena in London and it rocked! Y&T opened for them!
If it wasn't for these guys none of us will exist
Hells bells guys , you have to see that song from the same concert 👍.
best crowd ever Argentina
I saw their concert in Melbourne in the late 1980s. unforgetable
Nobody better live 💪💪💪
Thumbs up if you think AC/DC have the best sounding guitar tone.
They will tour after Covid. They released an album last year. Don’t miss them. I’ve missed them only twice since they started. It’s a workout for the fans!!
I saw them and those guns blew my ear drums to Hell!!!
On top of this they in late 50s in here .AC/DC is one of best rock and roll band ever. ...
THE BEST
Love some AC DC and glad to see your appreciation of them
Tanks for getting around to our fabulous AC/DC, the concert at River Plate really showed what appeal worldwide there is still for their live rock shows, sadly it was the last big world tour for Malcom Young the rhythm guitar player and brother of Angus Young the lead guitarist, Malcom sadly lost his life and really could have been the end for AC DC, fortunately they will reform with most original members from the early days. So the rock will continue with Brian Johnson back as lead vocalist, I have been a fan since seeing the original AC DC many many years ago at a local showground here in Australia and still recall I had ringing in my ears for days after. Lone Live Rock
AC DC full clásico de rock
I saw them in 2016, theywere terrific
AC/DC is eternal
turn it up to 11!!! Love this song. Brings energy. Stand up and be counted. For what you are about to receive
Rock has the right of way
I love it when you guys react to music outside of your typical genre! We see you watching something new and your reaction shows how refreshing it is for you!
Another good one of thiers live is "Moneytalks" and "Who Made Who", which was also on the soundtrack of Stephen King's "Maximum Overdrive".
