    @prequelskin Universal Skin Solution hypochlorous acid spray
    It case I can’t shower immediately after, I always have this with me.
    I know some people like to use this as a toner but I use it more as a cleanser, when I can’t cleanse. So if I’m traveling, outdoors, or at the gym, this is perfect.
    It calms, purifies, and kills bacteria, which can help minimize chances of breakouts.

    Hi Sarah, I'm also a natural curl girlie ! I want to get into heat styling my hair more but I am fairly active so I'm not sure how to keep my scalp clean throughout the week if i have blowdried my hair. How do you deal with sweating when you've heat styled your hair ? Thanks 🙏

      Hii! It’s so hard I sometimes plan my difficult workouts around hair wash day 😂.. but it doesn’t always work that way, so I put my hair up on top of my head, with a thick spiral scrunchie and I’ll put on a headband. It’s not perfect but it helps 🥺🤍🤍

    What is it that you are spraying? Also, how to you go about cleaning the machines you are using? To avoid any kind of bacteria from others getting on you your skin?😊

      Hii! It’s the hypocolorous acid spray from prequel. I put more info on it in the pinned comment 🤍
      The gym is the worst for bacteria, honestly I try to wipe down the machines with the wipes they provide before and after. But after the gym, if I can’t shower, I definitely wash my hands and spray myself with this spray anywhere that may have touched the gym machine or mats.
      Then when I get home I use bha body and face wash.. I’ll do an updated pre and post working skincare routine too, I just need to edit it

    Hello Sarah❤ do you know if hypochlorous acid makes you more prone to sun sensitivity or sun burns?

    • @SarahSaleen
      @SarahSaleen  Месяц назад

      It won’t! You can even apply it while outside. Just let it dry down completely before you reapply spf 🤍🤍

    Im graduating hs this year and in august im starting esthetician school. I look up to u alot! Im kinda nervous about it so is there any helpful tips i should know about beauty school before i start? 🤍

      Hi darling! Beauty school is worth every penny! So happy for you.
      Just know that school will give you that base knowledge to pass your board exam, but if you ever have downtime, study outside the text book, there may be certification classes you can take that will accept you as a student like laser classes, advanced facial classes. Once you’re in the job world, it’ll be your own knowledge, and unique talent and passion that will set you apart from others who also have a license🤍
      School can be frustrating no matter what it’s for, just remember that school is an obstacle to the bigger dream, get through your hours as fast as you can, pay close attention to anatomy and chemistry especially if you want to work in medical aesthetics, or else you’ll have to relearn it later. just do your best, put your heart into it and don’t be nervous! Go into it with confidence, you were meant to do this, and you’ll see the ones that really believe that are the ones that go the farthest 🤍
