Dear MaryAnne, thank you, thank you, thank you. It's so complicated to go through all this upheaval. Yes, we deserve better than this. This podcast is literally a balm to lift the spirit
Thanks for listing some stress busters. Deep breathing is a great one for centering yourself back in the present moment- the present is where our power lies.
Lovely calming podcast, Maryann. Thank you for helping us through these horrific times of upheaval and destruction. Yes, we do deserve better. We deserve a life of peace and respect and ALL working together to clean things up and right the wrongs. 😊💖🦋🕊
I have been practicing tai chi for six months, and learning about the energy flow has been wonderful. I can’t meditate, but tai chi is like a form of meditation and I always feel great afterward.
Thank you I was diagnosed with PTSD late 2019 the journey back has been a time of learning and doing yoga and Tai chi but listening to my body and when things are out of sinc within has been crucial . PTSD was my gift .
Dear Maryann thank you for the verification! Intuitively I have isolated myself like you suggested needing clarity and calmness! Focusing on the true purpose of Existence. Have learned to be unsociable is necessary for me to clarify my thoughts.✌️😊
Once again: Perfect Timing! 🌸Merci Clairvoyant Maryann!🌸 Presently learning that, along with heart-focused meditation and uninterrupted solitude, self hypnosis can DE-STRESSIFY! Lovingly delving into the depths of one’s unconscious can help calm the remnants of old trauma and actually erase programming inculcated by negative dictators (including abusive parentoids)!!!
Hi Mary Anne, I went back to work part-time for the summer. The pay rate is what I made in the late 90. The stress in the new job is how management demands we get the customers to open a store credit card. So much so that one manager becomes hostile and that energy affects me. I was reintroduced to Saint Benedict and listen to his prayer every day. Peace and prosperity to all.
My husbad and I so look forward to your wisdom...thank you so much, we are so grateful to have found your channel! Looking forward to more readings...😁❤️
Thank you so much Maryann!💐🙏🏽 I really needed this advice. I suffer from severe anxiety and stress to the point I ended up in the hospital due to all that’s going on in the world and family matters. I know I need to relax and stay calm for my kids and also for my health. Thank you again for helping all of us get through these difficult times❤💐🙏🏽 I truly appreciate it!
Yes indeed, we all need to cool down and relax and breathe and to listen deeply into the energies that are constricting us and causing us to be anxious and afraid. Every day we can count the blessings that exist now as we are now regardless of the circumstances surrounding us. Simple pleasures and basic requirements for our lives and our comfort. The beauty of being alive, a glass of fresh water to drink, the blessings of a nice friend, and other things that are happening that are causing gratitude and appreciation in life. Focusing on what we love and what is beneficial for our wholeness and our health care. Living with love for each precious moment of being alive. Being in touch with nature and the environment and calmness and harmoniously thriving in a relationship with the miraculous newness of each moment. Yes, movement through dance, yoga, meditation, creativity and wiggling and giggling are all great 👍 👌 ❤ Maryann, you are a wise person and a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. Epsom Salts in a tub of hot water to soak and relax in removes toxins from our bodies and gives us Magnesium thtough our skin. Don't rinse the skin after the soak. The 🎵 🎶 🎵 "Get out and get under the moon " It was recorded in 1928 and recorded by many different people since then. It is a delightful treat for me to get in tune 🎉 Leon Redbone did a nice version ❤ Singing and playing music and listening to music 🎶 is a process of being present and restored by the ability to connect with the flow of energies in the various vibrational frequencies that are available to be used for relaxation and entertainment. Have fun and laughter is always good for us all, gentle mirth, and quiet bliss and joyous celebration and jubilation all deserve exploration and experience with abandoned delightful exuberance and with delight and wonderment ❤
Thank you Maryanne for your recommendations and spiritual reading. It is much needed at this time. I will see how I can reduce stress in my life. As you say, the first thing is to be aware.
That was a beautiful, refreshing reminder of various ways we can mitigate stress. Resonated deeply with me re balancing chakras energetically, walking out the door to hear the morning song birds, taking a walk, hugging a tree and living in gratitude. Loved how you described moving your body to the side when someone says something you don’t like. Also loved Spirit’s messages from the Tarot. Revealing and so on point as usual. I SO appreciate this podcast and ALL the positive Light-filled energy you bring to us. You are Queen of the Universe, well mine anyway. Bless you in ALL ways, always Maryann. ❤🙏🏻😇💫
Thank you, Maryann. I always had a problem remembering the colors of the chakras until I realized they correspond to the rainbow. Using the ROY G BIV acronym (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet) I can place the colors appropriately now. Thanks to whatever guide taught me that one. :)
So appreciate your offering here. Sometimes just listening to your readings and hearing the worries I'm hold will not happen ... allows me to let go. I largely know what to do in response to stressors but the key (as you so wisely lift for us) is to become aware first of the stress, worry I am holding. I can't visualize color for chakra clearing but I do meditate and exercise.
Love the Podcasts Duchess! Al this goes so well with the LEO season and the upcoming August astrology -- so glad that you have added this venue as way to offer us your insights. WE ARE THE LIGHT
Thank you Maryann for this video! it really came at a time I needed to hear this after a big clash with a colleague last week who used big negative words to describe me. It was breathtaking and not in a good way. I always find it difficult to protect myself from negativity that is why I hardly watch the news anymore. I have my own ritual under the shower to clear my body and aura from all negativity. It is hard to be a sensitive person in this world. Bless you and all your listeners ❤🙏🌈
Thank you, Maryanne. Great tips and reminders for dealing with these times we find ourselves in. Even our big "booming" wind chimes began 'singing' along about halfway through this lending their support! Blessed week ahead for you and all! ❤😊
Great timing, Maryann! Last week life felt too hard to remain on this planet. The tough lesson I learned was to pick myself up and go into service to stop the hamster wheel in my head that reminds me I am worthless. I remembered to count the many blessings given to me. I joined the gym and swim in the pool daily. And instead of smoking a pack a day, I smoke 5. You feel like a good friend of mine and I really appreciate your beautiful heart & soul.🥰
Well done and kudos to you for the good choices you made while feeling low. It’s easy to make good choices when feeling great…it takes courage and strength to make them from a place of vulnerability.
Wonderful timely reading! As always you share your gifts so freely and it is most appreciated ❣️ will save and share as we all need these ideas….thank you❤️
My father helped build the very first Atomic Reactors for Submarines/ Admiral Rickover's program! He later became a Senior Research Engineer for a Coal company, in Pollution Control! Thank God!
I have recently returned to practising yoga niddrah after realising my stress levels increased after watching a daily diet of news. I now prefer to listen to instrumental music than songs.
All good suggestions for stress management. I do yoga and have for over 25 years. I was telling a doctor that my exercise consists of yoga 3 times a week , she interrupts and says yoga is not exercise. I say i exercise my mind body and spirit - want to listen to my lungs? I slowly opened each section of my lungs one at a time with an 8 count while she listened with her stethoscope. Then I asked, would you like to take my blood pressure and observe it go down by 10 points with yoga breaths?
I decided years ago as a young child, jumping under my school desk during the Cuban Missile Crisis October 1962, to NEVER have children , I clearly remember thinking"Adults are CRAZY! Nobody is ever going to FRY my children! I will NEVER have any children! And FYI, the threat of nuclear war was very real to me. My father was a former US Naval officer and scientist. Thank you Maryann so nice to get this advice, here in the UK politics are making me angrey. But I sing which is lovely ( I’m a performer), Pilates help too. Xx
These messages are so timely for me. I thank you for this very constructive session. I have been described as a highly sensitive person and it has come at a cost...I absorb the energy around me easily and can quickly feel depleted. I will return to this podcast often and know it will help me focus on the many valuable tools offered today. Much appreciated, Maryann. When I listen to you, I keep getting the feeling of you writing a book about your life. It would be a jewel of a book. Sending you love and comfort every day.
Thank you for this excellent podcast filled with such helpful ways to cope with stress, large and small. The wisdom you share with the blessing of spiritual guidance, feels healing and helpful. Thank you for all the ways you share your gifts, which enrich us. Bless you.
