I really love the idea of Nintendo Kart! This got me thinking, for the Pokemon Trainer and it's Pokemon, I thought maybe they could possibly use Wes' levitating motorcycle from Pokemon Colosseum since the Pokemon can sit in the side compartment while the trainer takes full control of the motorcycle.
I feel like, and I know it's not made by Nintendo but they like it, if the inklings could have different outfits based off different characters from the Splatoon mango series

I honestly only see characters coming from Zelda, Animal Crossing, Splatoon, ARMS, Kirby, Pikmin, Metroid, F-zero (Captain Falcon). And I would say the roster will be 45 characters at launch with 30 Mario characters and 15 crossover characters. That way we also get a decent amount of new Mario characters like Pauline, E Gadd, new enemies, etc. Also, I don't see characters like Ganondorf joining. Also Happy Birthday!

Maybe (very small chance) they could also add some very specific indies, and yes it defeats the purpose of nintendo kart but think about it. They could add banjo and Kazooie, Rayman, Steve, shante, shovel night, hollow knight to name a few. It could basically be a sub section with close business related Indies.
