I think it’s fine in moderation, I have issues with the privacy aspect of social media though so For that reason alone I’m conflicted with it at times. Problem is that some people take it way to seriously and overthink unrealistic situations and constantly compare themselves to others. It’s important to remind ourselves that we live the life we want and we’re responsible for creating it, close the computer, put the phone down go and outside and get some sun and fresh air. Great video.
Interesting and surprising that there is actually a debate on the potential pernicious effects of social media. For those of us old enough to remember the angst that preceded '1984' and the similarities to the Orwell's book, I am amazed that the knowledge private companies have on us is of magnitudes over and above what was available then yet many seem unperturbed. We should be afraid.
Here's a fix. Get rid of SOCIAL MEDIA not THE INTERNET which are two different things. You could keep your email, skype, instant messaging, etc. Just get rid of the social media, all of it. Bam, you don't loose much!
Excellent insights, Connor. 🙌🏼 If we use social media in a smart and balanced way, it can be beneficial to our lives. Thanks for breaking down the research. 👍🏼

Thanks for sharing your opinion Mark. I agree that we should be cautious about social media usage, and more stringent oversight should be considered
