@@ItzRafAnimating You can apply this for your routine not only for warm up. If you find this routine too tiring. Just cut some off according to your needs. Good luck!
@@ItzRafAnimating alright bro! don’t plat if you’re too tired after the routine, give yourself time to rest couple hours 😁 then you can just warmup with DM or TDM before comp
I will say this isn't a bad practice, but honestly I only ever did DM and played matches, and I have peaked A3 in valorant and 17k rating in CS2. I would say overall the warmup stuff probably makes you more efficient and you can hit higher ranks possibly faster, but playing the game and practicing things directly in match I find works the best for me. Cool video though!
very cool, i do have doubts about the benefit of the second one, and im always hesitant about the differences in movement for using the scenarios for where you need to peak- what do you think?
for me, the second is to learn how track then shoot and also it could be good for your flick. It might work different on a different person. and for the movement, i don’t think you should move at all in these scenarios unless the wallpeek. Aimlabs is just to train my raw aim that’s all. Do you get it? 😁 for movement you can learn it inside the game by playing TDM or DM or just the regular games.
Ty for the warmup routine! Im gonna try this out and update every week. :D

@@Ariev Yes!! In game experience definitely the best tho!
Thanks for the input brother!
i like doing a spectre only dm and then a vt playlist and then a ghost only dm
@@msg-wizzard2681 why don’t you add sheriff only dm too? since you’ll be using sheriff a lot more than a ghost. 👻

Wasting energy on warmup just play one unrated simple
@@Biomebuddyt420 Everyone’s different bro. I can’t play only 1 unrated, I’ll play bad haha. Some need more than the others.
@@Biomebuddyt420 You don’t have to play if you do this warm up. You can just do this to practice and hop on to comp later in the day. Wish u luck!
@@MAmgoJumce I just play a few comp games to prepare for my Spike Rush grind
