- In this video we give out a few hotspots on the St. Johns River in Bassmaster Fishing 2022! This has been a tough lake for people so hopefully this video gives you an idea of where to find fish on this body of water! Definetly hard to find fish here which made it more rewarding to catch some but the game for sure needs some work but other than that its cool to have a game to catch bass when im not on the water catching them fr . Wish they had more lakes in Florida added to the game like spots in the everglades , that would be awesome . Great video very helpful
Thanks I appreciate it! I agree though, definitely some kinks to work out with the game but like you said I’m just glad I’ve got something to do during the off-season! Hard to launch the boat through the ice up here in Iowa during the winter 😂
Nice video. I was 1st in every tournament until I hit this place, but I like it because it's more realistic. Be glad when they give some updates to fix alot of problems. The fish strait up and down, the snags on nothing, the lures actually move, but so far the best fishing game I played. I also wish that it had a few tournament without the underwater camera. Wouldn't be as many fish but would be realistic. I have trouble playing multiplayer, seems not that many people playing. I'm on Xbox so many it's easier on other platforms. Thanks for the much needed pointers.
I completely agree, the game is still a work in progress but I’m just glad to have a fishing game to play! St. Johns is by far the toughest lake as far as finding the fish but like you said the challenge is what makes it fun! Glad my video could help you out and I appreciate the comment!
@@austinbartholomewfishing8906 I found 3 other places loaded with fish in St johns. What's the deal with no online player's?. Wish more people played, I might post a reddit thread and try to get more people to play online.
I think a lot of people are wanting a new lake for online which is why there isn’t very many people but they are supposed to be changing it soon and some other online modes are supposed to be talked about soon as well!
That would be awsum, funny was just playing a bit ago and for some reason there was no fish in the lake, at all, none on finder or under the water.lol. started over and they were back again. Lol. Got some bug's but still a great game, can't wait for the updates.
I had that exact same thing happen to me on the St Johns before too and did exactly what you did, backed out and then the fish were back 😂
Man i drove up an down this whole river multiple times for a competition and I literally did not see one fish on the radar, however I did try fishing here out of the competition and did get some hits. Just insane that i did not see one fish across most of the river
If you’re not seeing fish on the fish finder, you might need to pause your attempt and restart the game. That is a common glitch where the fish don’t show up and you can’t catch any
That 3 figure creek spot is NICE, good size fish in there

Never seen one on my fish finder one time
They're in there, certain times of day.. been there a few times on a tournament and there wasn't fish.. but when they are there nothing below 5 lb
@@ormanerik you play this river on my Xbox and you’d understand my comment I’ve tried it probably 50 or more times on all the RUclips spots have caught a total of maybe 8 fish
Same setups for different water temperatures everything St. John’s is just cursed
Bro right outside the boat ramp I landed the legendary fish Elijah and much more monsters and all while doing a tournament

Should have shown your map so we know the location
You should be able to see the map in the top corner. You can also see the general area I’m in just buy looking at the thing around me like certain landmarks. My areas are not always exact either just because I’m catching fish in a certain spot doesn’t mean they’ll be in the same spot every time. The fish move around a bit within the areas I’m fishing
good spots never caught bass just everything else, game needs lot fixing, fish sim world pro tour also by dovetail games so much more enjoyable imo.
Glad you had some luck, did you try throwing the Tremor Shad on a 1/4 oz drop shot in those spots? That’s what I catch all of my big bass on when I’m fishing the St. Johns. Also, I agree it needs some work but they are slowly fixing things and I think eventually it’s going be a very good game!
