Thank you so much for your work on this!! I hope it can get translated into a biomarker in the near future, it would be a game changer for all of us suffering from this terrible disease.

I am trying to research so i can hopefully be pointed to the right doctors by my PCP. Putting in effort with no progress is depressing but then they will say you are depressed that is why and dismiss you. I think i will show this video to the NP, who is my PCP bc no one else listens. It is very scary to be this tired and sick at age 36. Doctors understand doctors language so hopefully youtube will lead me to some progress… thank you.

This is an excellent, easily understandable explanation of Germain, Levine, & Hanson's ME/CFS proteomic research. It will be useful for clinicians and patients alike. Thank you for restating your findings in an accessible manner.

Thank you for this. I don't understand PEM - I have had M.E. for 34 years, with CONSTANT exhaustion. Flu, Glandular Fever, hangover, and having run a marathon, is how I would put it, in a nutshell. My gut bacteria shows why I have so many disparate symptoms and problems, but even tailor made probiotics have not helped. I have tried MANY supplements, and practically every alternative therapy, to no avail. At 60, I feel it is worse than ever. Research has shown the problems, but we don't have anything to make us well again. Millions of us barely exist.

@@prinzfox5463 Absolutely. I have tried diets, supplements, cognitive behavioural therapy through the NHS, Reverse Therapy, The Lightning Process, acupuncture, alterative therapies etc. Got nowhere. I believe it's a dysbiosis in our gut, amongst anything else, but medicine isn't advanced enough, yet, to do proper research, and resolve the issues.

did you do a gut microbiome test?

@@dominic2446 Yes. SO many bad guys in there, and barely any goodies! I have been trying to rectify it, but to no avail.

to sue nut good day i HAVE seen your up load blog in the you tube 1st the real cause cause of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome is a severe class2 malocclusion most of them you may believe this or not but it is
maybe i can discuss too you the aetilogy of it. as you can see if you are watching all the documentary about c.f.s all of them dont have a nice bite or good occlusion .so what about it, you see malooclusion do two things in our body 1) it prevents the body from taking enough or adequate oxygen in take for our body to function properly. and 2) it compresses our brain stem, do you know that the head weighs arouNd 4.5 to 5.5 kilogram and who supprt our head and help balanced it our spinal cord and our jaw thats why if you don have have nice bite when you walk you r head tilt forward you have a slouch posture, when you have that kind of posture your brain stem got compress and also your limbic system so thats why you have so many symptoms appearing all at once like severe migraine fragmentd sleep or difficulty in sleeping, vertigo orthostatic intolerance scoliosis lordosis ankylosing spodiolosis, uncontrolled high blood, diabetis because you become exhausted so quickly that your tendency is too eat more and eat a lot of sweet to compensate for your energy loss, GERD (gastro intestinal esophageal reflux diseased) ANXIETY AND PANIC DISORDER because it affects your limbic system also which control your emotion and hormones, EPILEPSY , carpal tunnel syndrome , numbness on your left or right head persistent stiffneck , muscle spasm on your back , recurring cramps on your legs specially early in the morning like 3 or 4am, ringing in your ear , allergy that come out of nowhere because your immune system also will be affected, these are some of the medical symptoms that i encounter and continue to encounter DURING A DECADE OF treating these diseased AND I AM STILL FINDING NEW APPLICATION FOR THESE TREATEMNT THAT I DEVELOPED BUT THATS ANOTHER STORY ALL TOGETHER, HI I AM DR. JESSE R BAUTISTA i AM A DENTIST FROM THE PHILIPPINES CURRENTLY WORKING IN MANILA CENTRAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL CALOOCAN CITY AS A HOSPITAL DENTIST, i DEVELOPED A TREATMENT FOR CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME AND FIBROMYALGIA AND I AM TELLING YOU THESE BECAUSE I WANT TO TREAT YOU FOR FREE I AM NOT GONNA ASKED YOU FOR MONEY I JUST WANT TO PROOVED TO YOU THAT THERE IS ALREADY A TREATMENT THAT EXIST THAT THESE TREATMENT REALY WORKS JUST SEND ME AN IMPRESDSION MOLD OF YOUR UPPER AND LOWER TEETH A MODEL CAST PLEASED USED DIE STONE AND I WANT YOUR REGISTRATION BITE . Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together so all of us can better understand the significance of your findings.
The big Q: how feasible would this be as a diagnostic (if it does turn out to be viable regarding sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility). What kinds of labs have the technology needed to test for this?

It looks like you found something interesting. Could this account for success with LDN treatment? Has anything come of this?
