Big thanks to Oxboxtra as a whole for all the additional content for Halloween and Xmas. Enjoying the more frequent and always fun content this time of year is now part of my yearly celebrations and chill time. Your hard work is valued, guys. Thanks again!
I'll be interested to see whether this kind of thing will end up in Fallout 5 (whenever it comes out) - it seems like a good way of changing a playstyle in much the way of the clans in Masquerade: Bloodlines does, or to a lesser extent choosing a specific vampire/werewolf playthrough in Skyrim. Of course, that would still require Bethesda to engage brain and think for a second, but we live in hope.
I can't wait to be a Ghoul l've always wanted fallout to allow us to be one and I personally want to enjoy being a Ghoul without using all the feral perks and buffs and be more of a ranged weapon based Ghoul and enjoying the more role playing aspects of the game particularly wanting to be a Vault 63 Ghoul Character
And here I thought we could have *started* as a Ghoul. (Like starting somewhere, relatively random, in Appalachia) But instead we have to BUILD to it? (To max Perk level no less; Level 50)
It'll be interesting to see how this shakes out and if it flops because it goes entirely against the current meta of Bloodied builds where you need to maintain 90% radiation in order to prevent yourself from gaining health and losing all your best buffs.
always wanted to just play a ghoul, I might actually buy the game next time it's on sale. edit: oh you have to get ot level 50 first nvm I'll just stick to mods for fallout 4 and 3 cheers.
In 76 i basically made a DnD unarmed monk that can leap small buildings in a single bound, and jetpack over the taller ones Invisible when crouched, basically has Feather Fall and Wolverine's healing factor His only real weakness is radiation Sounds like he's about to get a big upgrade
Fallout New Vegas has a group of ghouls led by Jason Bright.Him and his followers appear in the quest "Come Fly With Me".He's a glowing one which is interesting because all of the glowing ones were feral. He was the only non feral glowing one until Fallout 4's Nuka World introduced Oswald the Outrageous.
There were already none feral glowing ones in Fallout 2. They operated and worked inside the core of an nucular power plant because of the leaking radiatoon
I'm just proud of Andy for not making his ghoul look like a Walton Goggin's clone. The self-restraint is palpable.
We all know we want to be Walton Goggin
Everyone gangsta until they hear "fire in the hole" 😂
We haven't see his burner account.
We don't know if he was allowed to make the capture footage for this vid
@@octochan I hadn’t thought of that. 😂
finally, I can roleplay as Jason Bright and lead my flock into the cosmos.
Andy can finally live the dream of becoming Walton Goggins!
Or, in this case, Walton Ghoulggins?
*groans audibly. Ellen would approve!! (as do I)
Everything about this comment is top tier
If you like pina Ghouladas~
And gettin caught in the wastes.
... and getting caught in acid rain 🌧 😳
@@blackcorp0001 If you're not into Nuka-Cola...
And gettin nuked in the wastes

This didn’t start with Goggins. Some of us have been here for years.
Having to get to level 50 to unlock it is crazy. I thought it'd just be an option in the character creator.
lvl 50 is actually pretty easy to reach. If you know how to grind.
Can confirm, plus making it level fifty means people don’t have to restart the game by making a new character profile to experience new content
Can't wait for my first experience having a ghoul call me a smoothskined idiot for wiping the raid 😂
Gaga for Goggins as a ghoul would be more accurate, Andy

What's the matter, Smoothskin?

Bethesda's best ideas are usually their worst-executed ones
I think the last time you could be a ghoul was Brotherhood of Steel lol
not played fallout 76 in so long but playing as a ghoul is probably the one thing that could get me playing again
I play a heavily mutated unarmed weapon character already. Feral sounds amazing!
Hopefully this will be a test for a playable ghoul protagonist in the 5th game, releasing 10 years from now
So soon??? :D
The ghoul mask in fallout 3.
It'll be interesting to see how this shakes out and if it flops because it goes entirely against the current meta of Bloodied builds where you need to maintain 90% radiation in order to prevent yourself from gaining health and losing all your best buffs.
I don't think it really answers anything until we see it going against a kazadore...
I was waiting some ghoulish avatar since the ghoul mask in fallout 3 when you made the ghoul raid the tenpenny tower

This is interesting on how it plays out.

His only real weakness is radiation
Sounds like he's about to get a big upgrade
How did you do that?
(I never played 76)
If you like this you should listen to 'Celebration' by Ghoul & the Gang.
Sounds like Hulk mode.
My goolies always need more allies...is that not what you meant?
So. Can you still activate Junkies with chems or do you not get addicted as A ghoul?
Let it be noted I was one of the players who like ghouls before the show.
I really hope that someday there is a full Fallout game about being a Ghoul
It took them long enough to bring that back.
I wonder which unique bugs will come with being a ghoul?

getting hands on with ghouls eh
Are we really still talking about fallout 76 in the year of our lord 2024?
I mean it's a pretty good game so why not?
I'll be rejoining the game when this is playable for the rest of us. And not a single day sooner.
Fallout 76 keeps crashing.
End game? Pfft... level 50 in FO76 is the beginning of mid game.
Seems like only upsides... and somehow that seems wrong.
No thanks, I'll keep my nose.
How is everyone doing today mates.
Yummy radiation
So much cool stuff wasted on Fallout 76
G'day mates.
All these years to do something they could've did with fallout 4 if your Pc wasnt a synth 👀👀👀
4th
Hancock.
Fallout has gone the way of Disney Star Wars, its not even close to what we once loved.
Todd Howard needs a Luigi
