Awww thank you so very much! I do not usually seal it for a simple design like this. Strips you do have to seal those from time to time cause they can lift but not this time. Buttttt you definitely can every time, I would not hurt at all! And yes I wear gloves and an organic respirator when working with epoxy
I came across your videos looking for some peek a boo tutorial, watch that one then you recommended this also, my question is how you get your tumblers that smooth as glass look. I am new to all this but I have made a couple of cups but mine have like the finger ridges when applying the epoxy, no matter how I apply it with my finger with my hand, I use the same epoxy that you're using. What am I doing wrong? I have to say I love your videos and very detailed which I love, thank you and keep up the good work and videos.
Thank you so much for watching and your kind words! I would have to watch what you are doing but the only think I could think of is making sure your mixing the epoxy slowly to avoid bubbles and to avoid the epoxy turning white and cloudy. Apply in thin layers which also helps. Do you have Instagram?
I see you almost at 2 thousand……and that cup is smooth as glass! Nice!!!!
Yesss! Thanks to the support from viewers like you
This is sooo beautiful, I just love your work!
Awww thank you so much!!! I really appreciate you ! Hopefully my mom is not watching cause it just may be her Mother’s Day present 🤣
@@confidentlyyoucreations2748 😂😂😂😂 probably should have put a disclaimer at the beginning 🤣🤣🤣
You’re so welcome!!
You're work is amazing!! I'm new to the epoxy method and I keep getting so many fish eyes/dimples in my tumblers. 🤷♀️
If you get fish eyes it’s ok, just apply another coat , a little thicker than the first One ti help level out the fish eyes.
Your tumbler is gorgeous Janay. Do you seal the vinyl prior to the epoxy coating? Also, do you wear PPE? Would love recommendations if so. TYFS!
