      @@aniatrajano1943Yes, good to see Papa is back home with his daughter & grand daughters. Can see he missed them a lot. Once the new house is ready Papa will have all the space he needs.

    I took a cooking class on fried chicken cutlets and the chef was mentioning how to get rid of the crust separation from the protein, and its all about tapping off the excess flour, egg, and panko! Which is what you did!

    when i do breaded chicken, i use one hand for the wet ingredients and the other for dry, that helps not getting too much on your fingers

    This meal is so unhealthy.

    • @softbunny9068
      @softbunny9068 4 месяца назад +1

      It’s a well balanced meal with carbohydrate, protein and veggies. If you are talking about the frying, it is a tonkatsu and that’s how they’re traditionally made. A fried food once a while isn’t going to hurt anybody.

      @@LilyLoves690so? Pizza isn’t necessarily unhealthy as long as they eat a well rounded balanced meals.

      @@Dogmama00 Fried foods can be unhealthy, especially when they're eaten in large amounts or fried in unhealthy oils. However, not all fried foods are created equal, using healthier oils like olive or avocado oil, and pairing fried foods with a balanced diet, can make them less harmful. It’s all about balance.
