This workout is truly WHOLE BODY, head to toe using a resistance band or theraband.
✅ You need :
1 Mat amzn.to/2H0Bc5W
1 long, medium weight, Resistance Band amzn.to/2GMgc5g
⭐ For :
Intermediate/Advanced.
🎯 Focus :
Posterior chain. Lower body. Upper body. CORE. Strength. Balance.
This workout is truly WHOLE BODY, head to toe. You will start standing, using plenty of coordination, working from squats to lunges to single leg scissors, all the while using the resistance band, before bringing it down to the mat. You will then work all sides: front, sides and back on the mat, lying, lifted in plank or side kneeling. From glutes, quads, adductors and abductors, to upper back and shoulders, to obliques and lats, to opening hip flexors, you’ll hit it all. A fantastic session for a complete, full body workout getting both resistance to build strength from the band as well as to find stretch, longer and leaner muscles.
Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !

This is probably my fav resistance band workout that is Pilates-based from the web. I was totally sweating at the end. I hope you can make another workout that incorporates the resistance band (around 30mins pls or more!). I love this one so so much!!!

Pilates will build lean muscle tone and is low impact and therapeutic for your joints. Though it is challenging.

Hi Sabine, the resistance band would vary depending on your preference. I would suggest that is should the resistance band should be just right, you should still be able to perform your exercise properly with the right tension. 🥰
