I had to look this up... there seems to be a LOT of secrecy surrounding this movie. Which I'm okay with! Nolan has done a ton of good stuff. Inception and Dark Knight Trilogy being some of my all time favorite movies. So now I'm pretty excited about this, and I hope it keeps an air of secrecy even when they have to start to promote it. Keep us guessing what it's about. Don't spoil anything in the trailers, etc...

I’ve been a huge Rob fan since he played Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter series. I always knew he was a great actor and that he was destined for greatness. I’m just glad the rest of the world is seeing it as well. ❤️

Actually, he doesn’t hate Twilight, he looks back on it fondly and has really good memories. Everyone has hung on to what he said shortly after the series ended and he wanted to move on, but totally ignores what he’s been saying the last while. It’s so ridiculous how everyone keeps saying he hates it. It’s clear who actually watches his interviews and reads them, vs who just keeps repeating something they heard once!

I met him when he did Twilight in I think 08 or 09 - nice guy very friendly - you wouldn't give him a second glance on the street but very nice. Just a very lucky 22 year old at the time.

For those complaining about his body for the role of Batman, keep in mind Bale's Batman was quite skinny for the role, whereas Affleck was super bulky, I think Pattinson might be the perfect size if he bulks up.
Christian Bale was buffer than Affleck at 220 lbs before filming Batman Begins and then he leaned out to 190 lbs. He was not skinny at all. He was perfectly ripped enough.

I like the quality of the movie lighthouse that is in only grey. It is very interesting and to change your accent on the set, and to act like your in the old days. This is a FANTASTIC movie. And Robert Pattinson is perfect for every role❤️

8 reasons why Robert Pattinson will be a good Batman.
1. He’s an incredibly talented actor. Remember Me, The Rover, Good Time, High Life, The Lighthouse, etc. proves that.
2. He has the right height and chin for the role. Love him or hate him, he‘s pretty much tailor made for the Batsuit.
3. He can put on muscle for the part. An anorexic Christian Bale bulked up for Batman Begins, so anything’s possible.
4. He kinda looks like a young Ben Affleck. The Batman will be a prequel to Batman v Superman, so it fits.
5. He’s not the only controversial comic book casting. Nobody wanted Heath Ledger as The Joker but he proved them wrong.
6. He’s going to be in a solo movie, which the DCEU excels at making. Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Shazam delivered.
7. He’s going to be directed by one of the best filmmakers today. Matt Reeves will direct a phenomenal Batman flick.
8. He’s going to star in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film Tenet. So far, two Dark Knight directors want to work with him.

I actually love that he said he's not a super hero. He's definitely heroic but he's not the standard good guy, he's very much grey and at times even becomes pretty dark. I think that Pattinson will play that up and I can't wait.
