nowadays its so easy to get anything in the game due to cayo perico and for that the other fun elements in the game become sort of obsolete that's why i tell new player to do other heists and missions first to get the gta vibe then just make the game boring grinding cayo mayo 24/7
You really undersold the Agency Armory. I can't stress how convenient it is to not only have an AmmuNation next to your spawn point, but to have an AmmuNation with a gun locker and a weapon workshop all in one location. One thing I would add to that list is the Clubhouse. Starting a Motorcycle Club gives you the ability to instantly spawn a motorcycle right next to you, it appears much faster than if you call the mechanic and has a much shorter cool-down time. And considering that the Oppressor is considered a motorcycle, it will become your favorite way to get across the map when grinding.
Is it really that good? Im hesitant to get it just cuz i can buy ammo on the interaction menu, and if i need armor theres an ammunation right down the street from my agency. Is it a special weapons workshop too cuz then maybe ill consider it

Having the Kosatka is my #1 and never regretted that decision. I struggled like hell to get that first few million to buy the submarine. After the fact I have made hundreds of millions and have almost everything I want in the game. Worth every dollar 🤟 Thanks TGG for the content

One small thing if you're planning to sell the nightclub stock: wait until the stock is more than 1 million $, because when you sell your nightclub stock, Tony will take a 10% cut for "laundry" fees, but it caps at 100k$, so selling at 1mil + will make you more money (not much, but it's still a bit more).
After grinding cayo perico so long, I finally got around to buying some passive businesses. I used to think they were bad when I used them on another account as my main source of money, but when you do cayo and other stuff in between, you start to realize how good they are. Just make sure you have another method of making money while you wait for your passive businesses to fill up stock.
Fosure, if you have the agency u can do a pay phone hit in 5mins and get 85k, and full stock resupply is 75k, u can make more money in that time than doing a resupply mission, they’re a waste of time tbh
The auto shop should've been included on this list as well because you can grind out the contracts solo and it allows you to make more money than the Agency's security contracts without the cooldown.
Tuner contracts are good. Don't be afraid to invite more players. I found you can complete them a lot faster than doing them solo. They don't fail the heist either if they die or quit.
@@ernestopena6777 I believe it started with Cayo. All players leaving one alive can complete the heist... unless the host quits. Only thing with Cayo, you don't want to go aggressive by alerting the guards bc you can lose too much cash being shot at by npcs. Its why most players avoid the risk by going solo.
I really think the sparrow should be your second purchase. It makes it much easier to run Perico and I'm pretty sure it can outrun an oppressor Mk2; so for my money the Sparrow is the best chopper in the game.

You don't. If you have at least $50k in your account, you can just register as a VIP to do the heist. It doesn't cost anything, just checks to see if you have the money.
Ever since I got the Kosatka I’ve made up my own crew and helped like 10 ppl make tens of million of dollars, definitely the best purchase I’ve made in the game
I'd have had the STX on the list along with the Agency Vehicle Shop tbh. The car is absolutely incredible, not just for the jammer option, but for everything else too: Looks, Speed, handling, durability... One of the best cars in the game by far.
Believe me... Even players of level 50 now possesses a Kosatka... The Cayo Perico created a new world of solo run of millions... Having that is truly amazing as there's now a Cayo Perico glitch available too XD
Honestly it's not the best investment to buy an expensive car but it's really fun to customize a cool one, I can recommend first checking out a customization vid on YT because some have really limited options!
Two more must have properties best suited for car guys - 1. Arena Workshop for coloured headlights 2. Auto Shop for exclusive tuner liveries on some cars and track wheels for all cars
I have all of these, and it keeps you busy and making money for sure. But, still the most fun thing to me is land races (that's non contact to weed out the ones that drive backwards to mess others up in races.)
The agency is mad underrated too, u can do the cayo perico over and over but it gets repetitive, the agency u can make just as much, (cayo does give you more) but u can still make crazy money, I’ve made 24mil off the agency alone I’ll recommend that over the kosatka, since agency is solo and beginner friendly, but If you’re an experienced player, definitely get the kosatka

Same here, spent too much money on cars (50 mil attached to cars with 80mil networth) but now I might sell some cars and start grinding agency + other businesses
For armored cars I strongly feel the Duke is the best option. It’s cool, bulletproof, explosive proof, funnest to drive. You should consider it bc its fckn free
Happy to say I have most of these already, tho honestly I would personally put all the agency stuff much higher on the list, because while you can’t make as much as Cayo or Diamond Casino, it still is a pretty easy and kinda fun way to make a good amount of money fast, and I would even say it’s the second best thing to own next to the Cayo stuff, as while you wait for cool down for Cayo you can do something or even 2 things for the Agency real quick and possibly walk away with either just under 100k or just over 100k in like 10 minutes or less.
Cayo Perico has become the ultimate grinding tool in GTA O, since it can give you 1.5M+ every 50 minutes - 1 hour. And the fact that no business even at x2 can match the power of Cayo Perico tells a lot
As much as people hate the oppressor MK2, it gets you where you need to go for EVERYTHING and EVERY MISSION you’ll need to do for the businesses that were mentioned in this video. Of course like the man said, there are people who abuse the power of the Oppressor MK2 and that part really sucks cause most of them have it cause they’d suck if they tried to go head to head with you so they use an overpowered super bike to take you out.
Sparrow is probably the main reason, ever over Cayo heist, I bought Kosatka right after just getting enough money for it. It makes traveling across the map much much faster and more convenient. You should know how many times missions will ask you to go to the other side of map and come back when the job there is finished. I was considering Buzzard at first because it's much cheaper. Then I realized Kosatka is a necessity of this game, so no regret on the purchases of both.
Superb list. I have over 2,600 hours in the game, around rank 450, and I have all of these. Do not piss away money on super cars; they are basically worthless outside of some races, and the most overpriced bullshit in the game. Use your money to buy revenue-generating properties and assets. Once you have absurd amounts of money, THEN buy that sports car you've been eyeing. Personally, in 2022, I'd say buy the MC Clubhouse before buying a CEO office. I almost never use my CEO stuff anymore, and it just houses some of my cars. Besides, if you need a specific car delivered to you, just call the mechanic; no need to drive to the property.
The MCT is only useful for actively sourcing for the businesses. And I think you can do as much with the Terrorbyte. You need the TB to make the mk2 properly useful (homing missles). So skip tjhe Arcade and MCT and get the Nightclub and Terrorbyte instead.
Only thing I don’t like is that the client jobs have cool down and u can’t sell yo products from there u can only resupply but other than that great buy
MCT let's you buy the supplies for 6 businesses at once. That literally let's you skip 12 loading screens and over 10 minutes of traveling That alone makes it worthwhile ntm the casino heist pays similar to Cayo but is far more enjoyable
@@ML-sc3pt Enjoyable is subjective. I do not enjoy it. Objective downsides too: The casino heist needs at least 2 players for the finale (not everyone has reliable friends). It has more setups, and if you do them solo you need to go back and forth twice to fetch all the items. It overall takes a lot more time to do for similar payout, which means it actually pays a lot less for the amount of effort you put in.
@@ML-sc3pt Also, no solo player has time to actively run all the MC businesses, and the bunker, and the NC, and the casino heist, and cayo... Inevitably something has to be neglected and the MC are the weakest links. If you only work the NC, bunker and heists, you don't need the MCT.
It's pretty sad but I kinda feel like alot of gta players think the game is just about making money, but it does actually have a pretty fun story if you play the game in the right order.

Funny thing is they're not overpowered either. It cant lock on to players on foot, and it's got half ass control, plus its limited missile cap makes it even more underpowered. I have no issue dealing with em. I use mine for security contracts,heist prep and generally travelling if I have to go from LS to SS in a small period of time.
love mine and it’s ideal for all cayo prep missions, use it soley for grinding money. l’ve never used mine to grief and never will, actually prefer the mk2 to the sparrow!
Great video! Good advice for players you have here. I agree with everything in it, except for one thing. I do not believe the Oppressor MKII is the best vehicle in the game. For me, the best vehicle is the Toreador. It has excellent homing missiles, it is very fast, has a speed boost, shows as a regular blip on the radar, it can go underwater, it can be stored on the Kosatka Submarine, it has lots of customization features, and it looks cool like crazy. It is very fun too! It is my go-to car. I have an Oppressor and an MKII. Both of them are fun, but I seldom use them. Both of them turned out to be garage queens.
Just got back into the game 2 months ago and wow. I have everything on this list & just got the nightshark last week, so i must be doing good so far and setup for long term money making. Shoutout to the folks who gave the low level a chance to get money in heists💯
Honestly my first recommended purchase is the up-and-atomiser. Flipped your car? No problem. Getting griefed? No problem. Stuck behind an un-climable fence? No problem.
@@sangun123 More so its a genuinely useful tool, in an actual PVP battle your not getting close enough to use the atomizer on someone actually trying to kill you - but a well placed shot can bring down a chopper or throw someone off their MKII so id say its a valid purchase for early game. Plus its super fun. Cant count the amount of cargo, pick ups, restocks, sales and general missions that have been saved because of this thing and its ability to unstuck a vehicle
Since I don't have the time or energy sometimes to actively play, I first bought the Agency for the passive 250k once you max out the security contracts(201), then I used the money made from the security contracts(roughly 10-13 mil) to fund the Arcade, Nightclub and the top 5 MC Businesses and Bunker to earn passive money. With doing a few sale missions and checking back in every few hours to resupply my Bunker, I make roughly a 1.3+ a day from doing relatively little work, just going afk on Security Cameras and checking on it every once in a while to make sure you didn't get kicked due to server issues or if my game crashes, and to buy supplies for my Bunker and do a Nightclub promo mission every couple of hours
Good list, but I would put in the Hydra instead of the armory. If you have a hanger you can spawn two of them (one personal and the other through Pegasus) so you and a friend can team up against laser griefers. Even without a hanger having a jet is a huge help.
Switched to GTA for PC after playing on PS4 for years. Game was free on Epic Games and came with the Criminal Enterprise starter pack by default and came with $1M. Instantly bought a $50 Shark Card and immediately bought the Kosatka lol. F Shark Cards but sometimes you gotta put your pride to the side and make life easier. Buying a Shark Card once when first starting out is not a bad thing at all in my opinion. Especially since the $50 one is almost equal to basically buying a full priced game. Just never buy one again after that. That’s where you’re f*ckin up. However the journey and experience from rags to riches is an amazing one so I suggest just playing normally. Just don’t feel ashamed to buy one if you’re struggling and tired of grinding or feel burnt out.
If you got the game for free, a $50 shark is the same as buying the game outright. Doesn't seem too bad. But if you already bought the game, paying over $100 upfront just to be able to play is madness. Just enjoy playing the game: Play the contact missions, do the exploration challenges and treasure hunts. Buy an appartment and do the heists. It doesn't take too long to raise money for a Kosatka if you actually play the game. GTA is not a free-for-all deathmatch game in city traffic, despite what many seem to think.
2:06 for best armoured vehicle u can also use the duke o death it’s literally free for all users and it has good protection against rocket and it has bulletproof windows so for free why not take that and save up your money
Yeah fr, I wish I saw it earlier, I just bought a Kuruma before for heists and stuff, but the problem is that it got no protection against explovises, but the Duke of Death is the best of both worlds, it can take some rockets and also protects you good from bullets
Important detail of one kind of business that isn't included in the list: the auto shop. While the contracts from the auto shop are basically play once and forget forever (and pay back the price of the shop), the shop itself unlocks all car upgrades. They would be still locked at LSC and at the Agency Car Workshop, but if you're more into racing and don't want to grind up to rank 100, get the auto shop.
7:30 I own both and I really prefer the deluxo. You cant spawn it quite as quick cus no terrorbyte spawn but call mechanic takes 4-5 more seconds. Deluxo you can land quicker which is why I prefer it AND if you leave it in hover mode you can drive to your sub and leave it over water. My oppressor always gets destroyed even when I park on top of the sub. The deluxo can chill over water for HOURS if you need. Very rarely it breaks but even then its normally a free mors call.
@@aSchizophrenicwithagun any time you can switch to car mode and drive fly only when needed or preferable. Car is decently fast driving. It dosent fly that much slower then the opresset not counting the boost that has
Park the Kosatka in the harbour at the Longfin dock. Just the right height to jump on foot between land and sub back and forth. So you can land the mk2 on solid ground and never have it fall into the drink.

For me, the mandatory buy if you start fresh is like this: 1. Kosatka (plain) 2. Sparrow 3. Sparrow's missile 4. Agency (for its armory) 5. Armory 6. Nightclub (the cheapest one you can get, just for the sake of Terrorbyte) 7. Terrorbyte (aim for Oppressor MK2 sale price) 8. Oppressor MK2 9. Oppressor MK2's missile 10. Clubhouse (for the sake of MC President so you can spawn your Oppressor MK2) 11. Oppressor MK2s other upgrades 12. Bunker for its research purposes (cheapest one is fine, you can fast travel via Kosatka) I only buy the cheapest nightclub because I feel like passive business is not really passive (you still have to deliver stuff). It used to be great before Cayo Perico, but recently I made a new character and feel like buying them is kinda redundant for money-making. Just spam Cayo Perico and you're all set. Then you can buy the rest of the things TGG mentioned (once again, if I were you, I won't be bothered with passive businesses)
@@FluentInYapaneese In my experience, as long as I modify Oppressor inside the Terrorbyte, I can buy the missile without researching it first (tested in more than one GTAO character on PC) As for the clubhouse redundancy, so you were saying as long as you have Terrorbyte, you can spawn Oppressor right in front of you immediately? Is it as fast as calling Oppressor as MC president?

I totally agree with this commentary except for the 200 security contracts. I recommend grinding out the easiest contracts to get to 200. It’s highly rewarding going afk and every morning and afternoon grabbing 250,000 from the safe. 500k per day if your diligent every 12 hours. Trust me its worth the 200 contracts.

I have been playing since it’s launch on 360. And it’s nice to own everything he mentioned in this video and every property and business. But, hands down Sub is #1!
Griefing aside, oppressor mk2 is best the best for getting around the map. I recently started a new character and it’s so slow getting around the map compared to my previous account. Super easy to move business battle goods or restocking your businesses.
Have the sparrow is the second thing you must buy right after the Kosatka it saves so much time ti start the setup, get in the heli, and complete it within minutes
I just got back into the game after like 2 years and all I did was sign up for rockstar’s thing. 500k to sign up and another almost 700k in challenges that take maybe an hour. Bought a cocaine lockup and grinded for that submarine. Your guides have been so helpful for me making money on this game. 🙏🏼
Who needs the setups when you can glitch it haha, PS: this glitch can be tricky if you're hosting it on series s or x and your friend is on xbox one or last gen it can mess up, works 100 percent If you both have a series x or s
@@hamza.991 yes we don't have to do the setups again and again For the glitch you have to disconnect your internet when your name shows up after heist passed green screen and you can repeat the heist again and again.
Pro tip- If you want to buy ammo (not armor) really fast. Play Simeon's mission Blow up 1 and buy it from the home screen. Just something quick to do. Also on the way to the car dealership visit Ammu- nation to get your armor.
If you don't own the penthouse, you pay a $150 entry fee to talk to the Madrazo dude to unlock the Kosatka. All the penthouse does is give you free entry so you don't pay the 150.
Made a Smurf acc. Did the Easter eggs, stalker challenge , Maude bounty's and treasure hunt. Grinder rest of way. Bought kostaka Now have sparrow (a must) toreador Just bought NC, TB for the oppressor mk 2 (I know) Had a MC was one of first investments to help grind to get the sub. Currently have 2.5 M and will prob buy the agency since small discount this week. HAVENT DONE ANY GLITCHES OR RECIEVED ANY GLITCHES. It ust to take a weeks worth or a month to grind , to where this is just a crazy money making guide and once you have sparrow or oppersor MK2 you can do setups in a HR
Idk if it is for all players but recently the Duke O Death became free and it's pretty good vehicle It is decent on speed, can take a pretty good amount of rockets too It isn't that bullet proof or maybe not at all but it's not too bad of a vehicle either way and it's free so why not try it out
The half Track is one of the best Freemode vehicles, it can take 29 rockets to destroy, the upgraded turret is strong the front windows are completely bullet proof, u can throw stickies, place mines. Overall really good but it's a bit slow
Some thing I really regret when I started I got gta on a discount and it came with a shark card so I thought I guess this will help me start so when I got on I bought a 1.2 million dollar apartment and expensive car now I sold the cars but I earned like nothing back :edit I started with 2.2 I should have bought the sub
Worth mentioning that R* just nerfed the Payphone Hits, so the bonus went from 70K > 35K, meaning the max amount you can make from them as of now is 50K with the Assassination Bonus.

It's SO fun driving around in the Champion with the lock-on jammer while doing business battles. I've had so many MKIIs fly behind me trying to shoot me, and me just watching missiles fly past. They always end up giving up after 5 minutes lmao

It was fun playing gta5 online everyday with different update every 4 to 6 months processing from CEO, gunrunning to motorcycle club. Until the night club update happened...I loved the night club itself but Oppressor mk2 ruined the game. Hands down.
Good and bad news. With the criminal enterprice dlc they added a cooldown timer for cayo (the hard mode timer will start after the cooldown timer is gone) 1 hour for 2-4 players but 3 hours for solo. So after you finish the cayo heist do casino heist, casino story mission or agency story missions. But with the dlc the 4 business (CEO, MC, Bunker and Nightclub) got some stuff. Like kick a drunk person or driver a sick VIP to the VIP’s home or a hospital for Nightclub, if you own a custom bike shop for your MC someone will leave a bike for you to buy it or make some upgrades and delivery to he/she and get 180k max for first time and 60k max other times, ect.
The Cayo Perico heist might be very beneficial to income but, if you stay doing the same heist over and over it gets boring... hence why having passive income is important.
@@MegaRenegade1000 this would be true if it would actually be 100% passive, but if you want to have all of the businesses producing you have to do refill missions the whole time, in the same time you can set up 2 cayo heists and make 3-4 Million… and passive business isn’t fun, the missions are booring and the selling missions are even worse, so no, passive businesses are complete bullshit since Cayo, they arent fun and they arent worth the time

BUZZARD hands down best heli to buy because... You can get 3 of them at once with just 1 purchase. once you have the airfield, call pegasus, get your buzzard, and park it in your air hanger. Then, you have your CEO Buzzard, Personal Vehicle Buzzard, and a call to Pegasus for $200. If you're doing CEO work having 3 buzzards for your associates goes a long way for free mode dominance and missions. Especially things like Duggan Shipments and Cayo Perico Heli stockpiles. You can easily dominate anything with the game having a group with 3 buzzards THAT YOU SUPPLY. Plus the buzzard is a really good heli to learn to fly with. It's got good weight and weapon distribution. It's also great to practice shooting without the lock. Not just cause of the new Anti Rocket tech, but Business Battles don't allow for lock ons either.
Also with the Payphone hits if you go for the backpack you get ti help with the special challenge it will usually be a perfect distance away to reach the bonus target and target in general without them even noticing you!
If the Armored Kuruma is not on a "need to own" list, you can dismiss the tuber as rubbish. Because it is substantially cheaper than the others, you can buy it first and start making money off it very fast in order to buy the others.
A point that makes the Sparrow a weaker choice to the Buzzard is, that you need to manually despawn the Sparrow and wait a short while before respawning, while you can spawn the Buzzard at all times unless recently destroyed, even if already spawned.
The sub is definitely no1 in the first thing to buy in gta online I have only been playing since the Cayo dlc and I have 2 characters with all businesses so plenty of passive money in safes arcade nightclub ect; nightshark definitely for public lobby or an imani tech vehicle and agency is the best dlc since Cayo perico and there is more to come in E+E Exaggerating and Expensive enhanced lol great vids TGG let's go from Scotland👌💯🇬🇧
His list is pretty good but he really should have put the deluxo somewhere in the list. It’s a great vehicle if your trying to comple simple vip missions for quick clash and has great homing missiles. The deluxo really deserves a place in this list
Nightshark is better when fully equipped and armored. It's worth having when transporting or doing long runs without worrying about being killed while driving
The kosatka is the best purchase I have ever made hands down, once it clicks, it’s so easy to make money and so fast, it’s the thing that enabled me to invest and spend on everything else in the game, I went from struggling to being a multi millionaire and making millions a day, the perfect combo for me is collect nightclub take, do cayo as many times as possible while nightclub runs in the background, sell nightclub goods when at like 85 crates, repeat , I make money so quickly now
The only problem with the sub is if you're just starting out than most likely you're not going to be able to get into a lobby without players kicking you out. So the heists are probably a big no no for new players
1. Grind $2mil to buy a Kotsaka for cayo perico 2. Do hiest twice then buy Sparrow for cayo preps (a must) and everything else you want to use it for 3. These businesses are NOT worth the time solo) 6. Buy anything else because you are now rich with endless cashflow
2. For Bonus, The MOC also the tankest too. Although it's also expensive but it's both Bulletproof and Tank up missile very well. Do drive backward and use your stick bomb or AP pistol. Trust me, you annoyed griefs easily

You really undersold the Agency Armory. I can't stress how convenient it is to not only have an AmmuNation next to your spawn point, but to have an AmmuNation with a gun locker and a weapon workshop all in one location.
One thing I would add to that list is the Clubhouse. Starting a Motorcycle Club gives you the ability to instantly spawn a motorcycle right next to you, it appears much faster than if you call the mechanic and has a much shorter cool-down time. And considering that the Oppressor is considered a motorcycle, it will become your favorite way to get across the map when grinding.
Actually yeah. You can’t start the mentioned passive incomes which make the nightclub a good business unless you own a clubhouse

One small thing if you're planning to sell the nightclub stock: wait until the stock is more than 1 million $, because when you sell your nightclub stock, Tony will take a 10% cut for "laundry" fees, but it caps at 100k$, so selling at 1mil + will make you more money (not much, but it's still a bit more).
After grinding cayo perico so long, I finally got around to buying some passive businesses. I used to think they were bad when I used them on another account as my main source of money, but when you do cayo and other stuff in between, you start to realize how good they are. Just make sure you have another method of making money while you wait for your passive businesses to fill up stock.
Or just go into the security camera at the nightclub and leave. That way u won't be kicked from a server. :)

The auto shop should've been included on this list as well because you can grind out the contracts solo and it allows you to make more money than the Agency's security contracts without the cooldown.
Tuner contracts are good. Don't be afraid to invite more players. I found you can complete them a lot faster than doing them solo. They don't fail the heist either if they die or quit.

Only thing with Cayo, you don't want to go aggressive by alerting the guards bc you can lose too much cash being shot at by npcs. Its why most players avoid the risk by going solo.

I really think the sparrow should be your second purchase. It makes it much easier to run Perico and I'm pretty sure it can outrun an oppressor Mk2; so for my money the Sparrow is the best chopper in the game.

You don't. If you have at least $50k in your account, you can just register as a VIP to do the heist. It doesn't cost anything, just checks to see if you have the money.

I'd have had the STX on the list along with the Agency Vehicle Shop tbh. The car is absolutely incredible, not just for the jammer option, but for everything else too: Looks, Speed, handling, durability... One of the best cars in the game by far.

Honestly it's not the best investment to buy an expensive car but it's really fun to customize a cool one, I can recommend first checking out a customization vid on YT because some have really limited options!
Buy the Kosatka first. Then buy whatever makes the game fun to you.
Two more must have properties best suited for car guys -
1. Arena Workshop for coloured headlights
2. Auto Shop for exclusive tuner liveries on some cars and track wheels for all cars
I have all of these, and it keeps you busy and making money for sure. But, still the most fun thing to me is land races (that's non contact to weed out the ones that drive backwards to mess others up in races.)
The fact that you can make your money back on the Kosatka in 2 hours is insane when comparing to the passive businesses that take days.
The agency is mad underrated too, u can do the cayo perico over and over but it gets repetitive, the agency u can make just as much, (cayo does give you more) but u can still make crazy money, I’ve made 24mil off the agency alone I’ll recommend that over the kosatka, since agency is solo and beginner friendly, but If you’re an experienced player, definitely get the kosatka

As someone who has played way to many hours on this game, this is by far the top list of must haves.
Happy to say I have most of these already, tho honestly I would personally put all the agency stuff much higher on the list, because while you can’t make as much as Cayo or Diamond Casino, it still is a pretty easy and kinda fun way to make a good amount of money fast, and I would even say it’s the second best thing to own next to the Cayo stuff, as while you wait for cool down for Cayo you can do something or even 2 things for the Agency real quick and possibly walk away with either just under 100k or just over 100k in like 10 minutes or less.
Cayo Perico has become the ultimate grinding tool in GTA O, since it can give you 1.5M+ every 50 minutes - 1 hour. And the fact that no business even at x2 can match the power of Cayo Perico tells a lot

As much as people hate the oppressor MK2, it gets you where you need to go for EVERYTHING and EVERY MISSION you’ll need to do for the businesses that were mentioned in this video. Of course like the man said, there are people who abuse the power of the Oppressor MK2 and that part really sucks cause most of them have it cause they’d suck if they tried to go head to head with you so they use an overpowered super bike to take you out.
I feel like the auto shop can be good sometimes as well with the mini heists, dosen't really take so long to finish and pays fairly good

Sparrow is probably the main reason, ever over Cayo heist, I bought Kosatka right after just getting enough money for it. It makes traveling across the map much much faster and more convenient. You should know how many times missions will ask you to go to the other side of map and come back when the job there is finished. I was considering Buzzard at first because it's much cheaper. Then I realized Kosatka is a necessity of this game, so no regret on the purchases of both.

Do not piss away money on super cars; they are basically worthless outside of some races, and the most overpriced bullshit in the game.
Use your money to buy revenue-generating properties and assets.
Once you have absurd amounts of money, THEN buy that sports car you've been eyeing.
Personally, in 2022, I'd say buy the MC Clubhouse before buying a CEO office. I almost never use my CEO stuff anymore, and it just houses some of my cars. Besides, if you need a specific car delivered to you, just call the mechanic; no need to drive to the property.
The MCT is only useful for actively sourcing for the businesses. And I think you can do as much with the Terrorbyte. You need the TB to make the mk2 properly useful (homing missles). So skip tjhe Arcade and MCT and get the Nightclub and Terrorbyte instead.

MCT let's you buy the supplies for 6 businesses at once.

Objective downsides too: The casino heist needs at least 2 players for the finale (not everyone has reliable friends). It has more setups, and if you do them solo you need to go back and forth twice to fetch all the items. It overall takes a lot more time to do for similar payout, which means it actually pays a lot less for the amount of effort you put in.
@@ML-sc3pt Also, no solo player has time to actively run all the MC businesses, and the bunker, and the NC, and the casino heist, and cayo... Inevitably something has to be neglected and the MC are the weakest links. If you only work the NC, bunker and heists, you don't need the MCT.
It's pretty sad but I kinda feel like alot of gta players think the game is just about making money, but it does actually have a pretty fun story if you play the game in the right order.

I Don't understand why people hate the oppressor. Brilliant tool obviously. What people choose to use it for doesn't define the vehicle.
Funny thing is they're not overpowered either. It cant lock on to players on foot, and it's got half ass control, plus its limited missile cap makes it even more underpowered. I have no issue dealing with em. I use mine for security contracts,heist prep and generally travelling if I have to go from LS to SS in a small period of time.

The armoured kuruma is a MUST. Being able to hold 4 people in a cheap armoured vehicle that you can call in most missions is crazy useful.

I do not believe the Oppressor MKII is the best vehicle in the game. For me, the best vehicle is the Toreador. It has excellent homing missiles, it is very fast, has a speed boost, shows as a regular blip on the radar, it can go underwater, it can be stored on the Kosatka Submarine, it has lots of customization features, and it looks cool like crazy. It is very fun too! It is my go-to car. I have an Oppressor and an MKII. Both of them are fun, but I seldom use them. Both of them turned out to be garage queens.

Honestly my first recommended purchase is the up-and-atomiser. Flipped your car? No problem. Getting griefed? No problem. Stuck behind an un-climable fence? No problem.

@@sangun123 More so its a genuinely useful tool, in an actual PVP battle your not getting close enough to use the atomizer on someone actually trying to kill you - but a well placed shot can bring down a chopper or throw someone off their MKII so id say its a valid purchase for early game. Plus its super fun.
Cant count the amount of cargo, pick ups, restocks, sales and general missions that have been saved because of this thing and its ability to unstuck a vehicle
Since I don't have the time or energy sometimes to actively play, I first bought the Agency for the passive 250k once you max out the security contracts(201), then I used the money made from the security contracts(roughly 10-13 mil) to fund the Arcade, Nightclub and the top 5 MC Businesses and Bunker to earn passive money. With doing a few sale missions and checking back in every few hours to resupply my Bunker, I make roughly a 1.3+ a day from doing relatively little work, just going afk on Security Cameras and checking on it every once in a while to make sure you didn't get kicked due to server issues or if my game crashes, and to buy supplies for my Bunker and do a Nightclub promo mission every couple of hours
Good list, but I would put in the Hydra instead of the armory. If you have a hanger you can spawn two of them (one personal and the other through Pegasus) so you and a friend can team up against laser griefers. Even without a hanger having a jet is a huge help.
Same for lazer which is great also, i like to pull a bunch of pegasus ones into my garage to pay insurance less often lol
Switched to GTA for PC after playing on PS4 for years. Game was free on Epic Games and came with the Criminal Enterprise starter pack by default and came with $1M. Instantly bought a $50 Shark Card and immediately bought the Kosatka lol. F Shark Cards but sometimes you gotta put your pride to the side and make life easier. Buying a Shark Card once when first starting out is not a bad thing at all in my opinion. Especially since the $50 one is almost equal to basically buying a full priced game. Just never buy one again after that. That’s where you’re f*ckin up.
However the journey and experience from rags to riches is an amazing one so I suggest just playing normally. Just don’t feel ashamed to buy one if you’re struggling and tired of grinding or feel burnt out.
If you got the game for free, a $50 shark is the same as buying the game outright. Doesn't seem too bad. But if you already bought the game, paying over $100 upfront just to be able to play is madness.
Just enjoy playing the game: Play the contact missions, do the exploration challenges and treasure hunts. Buy an appartment and do the heists. It doesn't take too long to raise money for a Kosatka if you actually play the game. GTA is not a free-for-all deathmatch game in city traffic, despite what many seem to think.

Important detail of one kind of business that isn't included in the list: the auto shop. While the contracts from the auto shop are basically play once and forget forever (and pay back the price of the shop), the shop itself unlocks all car upgrades. They would be still locked at LSC and at the Agency Car Workshop, but if you're more into racing and don't want to grind up to rank 100, get the auto shop.

7:30 I own both and I really prefer the deluxo. You cant spawn it quite as quick cus no terrorbyte spawn but call mechanic takes 4-5 more seconds. Deluxo you can land quicker which is why I prefer it AND if you leave it in hover mode you can drive to your sub and leave it over water. My oppressor always gets destroyed even when I park on top of the sub. The deluxo can chill over water for HOURS if you need. Very rarely it breaks but even then its normally a free mors call.

Park the Kosatka in the harbour at the Longfin dock. Just the right height to jump on foot between land and sub back and forth. So you can land the mk2 on solid ground and never have it fall into the drink.

I only buy the cheapest nightclub because I feel like passive business is not really passive (you still have to deliver stuff). It used to be great before Cayo Perico, but recently I made a new character and feel like buying them is kinda redundant for money-making. Just spam Cayo Perico and you're all set. Then you can buy the rest of the things TGG mentioned (once again, if I were you, I won't be bothered with passive businesses)

In my experience, as long as I modify Oppressor inside the Terrorbyte, I can buy the missile without researching it first (tested in more than one GTAO character on PC)

I totally agree with this commentary except for the 200 security contracts. I recommend grinding out the easiest contracts to get to 200. It’s highly rewarding going afk and every morning and afternoon grabbing 250,000 from the safe. 500k per day if your diligent every 12 hours. Trust me its worth the 200 contracts.

Griefing aside, oppressor mk2 is best the best for getting around the map. I recently started a new character and it’s so slow getting around the map compared to my previous account. Super easy to move business battle goods or restocking your businesses.
Have the sparrow is the second thing you must buy right after the Kosatka it saves so much time ti start the setup, get in the heli, and complete it within minutes
I just got back into the game after like 2 years and all I did was sign up for rockstar’s thing.
500k to sign up and another almost 700k in challenges that take maybe an hour. Bought a cocaine lockup and grinded for that submarine. Your guides have been so helpful for me making money on this game. 🙏🏼
For the Cayo Parico heist the Oppressor is for me essential, it makes completing the setup missions so much faster.
Who needs the setups when you can glitch it haha, PS: this glitch can be tricky if you're hosting it on series s or x and your friend is on xbox one or last gen it can mess up, works 100 percent If you both have a series x or s

For the glitch you have to disconnect your internet when your name shows up after heist passed green screen and you can repeat the heist again and again.

Pro tip- If you want to buy ammo (not armor) really fast. Play Simeon's mission Blow up 1 and buy it from the home screen. Just something quick to do. Also on the way to the car dealership visit Ammu- nation to get your armor.

If you don't own the penthouse, you pay a $150 entry fee to talk to the Madrazo dude to unlock the Kosatka. All the penthouse does is give you free entry so you don't pay the 150.

Idk if it is for all players but recently the Duke O Death became free and it's pretty good vehicle
It is decent on speed, can take a pretty good amount of rockets too
It isn't that bullet proof or maybe not at all but it's not too bad of a vehicle either way and it's free so why not try it out

The half Track is one of the best Freemode vehicles, it can take 29 rockets to destroy, the upgraded turret is strong the front windows are completely bullet proof, u can throw stickies, place mines. Overall really good but it's a bit slow

Worth mentioning that R* just nerfed the Payphone Hits, so the bonus went from 70K > 35K, meaning the max amount you can make from them as of now is 50K with the Assassination Bonus.

It's SO fun driving around in the Champion with the lock-on jammer while doing business battles. I've had so many MKIIs fly behind me trying to shoot me, and me just watching missiles fly past. They always end up giving up after 5 minutes lmao

Good and bad news. With the criminal enterprice dlc they added a cooldown timer for cayo (the hard mode timer will start after the cooldown timer is gone) 1 hour for 2-4 players but 3 hours for solo. So after you finish the cayo heist do casino heist, casino story mission or agency story missions. But with the dlc the 4 business (CEO, MC, Bunker and Nightclub) got some stuff. Like kick a drunk person or driver a sick VIP to the VIP’s home or a hospital for Nightclub, if you own a custom bike shop for your MC someone will leave a bike for you to buy it or make some upgrades and delivery to he/she and get 180k max for first time and 60k max other times, ect.

The Cayo Perico heist might be very beneficial to income but, if you stay doing the same heist over and over it gets boring... hence why having passive income is important.
@@MegaRenegade1000 this would be true if it would actually be 100% passive, but if you want to have all of the businesses producing you have to do refill missions the whole time, in the same time you can set up 2 cayo heists and make 3-4 Million… and passive business isn’t fun, the missions are booring and the selling missions are even worse, so no, passive businesses are complete bullshit since Cayo, they arent fun and they arent worth the time

I sold my oppressor since I got the sparrow . I only used the oppressor for setups but nowadays for setups a sparrow is all u need.
BUZZARD hands down best heli to buy because... You can get 3 of them at once with just 1 purchase.
once you have the airfield, call pegasus, get your buzzard, and park it in your air hanger.
Then, you have your CEO Buzzard, Personal Vehicle Buzzard, and a call to Pegasus for $200. If you're doing CEO work having 3 buzzards for your associates goes a long way for free mode dominance and missions. Especially things like Duggan Shipments and Cayo Perico Heli stockpiles. You can easily dominate anything with the game having a group with 3 buzzards THAT YOU SUPPLY. Plus the buzzard is a really good heli to learn to fly with. It's got good weight and weapon distribution. It's also great to practice shooting without the lock. Not just cause of the new Anti Rocket tech, but Business Battles don't allow for lock ons either.

Also with the Payphone hits if you go for the backpack you get ti help with the special challenge it will usually be a perfect distance away to reach the bonus target and target in general without them even noticing you!
Bro upgrade your nightclub van, full armor a minimum on the top and proximity mines can all be installed for the price of a Kuruma
If the Armored Kuruma is not on a "need to own" list, you can dismiss the tuber as rubbish.
Because it is substantially cheaper than the others, you can buy it first and start making money off it very fast in order to buy the others.

Just got the kosatka today, planning on running Cayo perico with my friend a couple times this week and then buying the agency and working on that
A point that makes the Sparrow a weaker choice to the Buzzard is, that you need to manually despawn the Sparrow and wait a short while before respawning, while you can spawn the Buzzard at all times unless recently destroyed, even if already spawned.
The sub is definitely no1 in the first thing to buy in gta online I have only been playing since the Cayo dlc and I have 2 characters with all businesses so plenty of passive money in safes arcade nightclub ect; nightshark definitely for public lobby or an imani tech vehicle and agency is the best dlc since Cayo perico and there is more to come in E+E Exaggerating and Expensive enhanced lol great vids TGG let's go from Scotland👌💯🇬🇧
His list is pretty good but he really should have put the deluxo somewhere in the list. It’s a great vehicle if your trying to comple simple vip missions for quick clash and has great homing missiles. The deluxo really deserves a place in this list
Nightshark is better when fully equipped and armored. It's worth having when transporting or doing long runs without worrying about being killed while driving
The kosatka is the best purchase I have ever made hands down, once it clicks, it’s so easy to make money and so fast, it’s the thing that enabled me to invest and spend on everything else in the game, I went from struggling to being a multi millionaire and making millions a day, the perfect combo for me is collect nightclub take, do cayo as many times as possible while nightclub runs in the background, sell nightclub goods when at like 85 crates, repeat , I make money so quickly now
The only problem with the sub is if you're just starting out than most likely you're not going to be able to get into a lobby without players kicking you out. So the heists are probably a big no no for new players
Payphone hits have been nerfed, now is 50k for quicker ones and 85k for longer ones

1. Grind $2mil to buy a Kotsaka for cayo perico
2. Do hiest twice then buy Sparrow for cayo preps (a must) and everything else you want to use it for
3. Buy Bunker and upgrade it for good passive income
4. Buy Ceo office & Vehicle Warehouse for high paying alternative solo work (cayo will get very repetitive so it's good to switch it up)
5. Buy clubhouse so you can buy cocaine, meth & cash MC businesses for nightclub + buy nightclub for more passive income (only do the setup mission for MC businesses. don't upgrade MC businesses or supply & sell product unless you have people to do the sell missions with. These businesses are NOT worth the time solo)
6. Buy anything else because you are now rich with endless cashflow
2. For Bonus, The MOC also the tankest too. Although it's also expensive but it's both Bulletproof and Tank up missile very well. Do drive backward and use your stick bomb or AP pistol. Trust me, you annoyed griefs easily
