Stealing a Mesa from Merryweather had been a thing since GTAonline started. You can actually just put the Mesa into any of your garages like any other random street vehicle to make it a personal vehicle, you don't really need to insure it.
The Lester locate a plane one used to be real but Rockstar patched it then people found a way around it then that was patched and I believe they took all the money away from everyone who did it.

If you see someone doing a money glitch by jumping through a wall and suddenly getting a message saying they had money added, the message also says that items were added. There's no money glitch to do that short of glitching money from your real world wallet into your PS store and then glitching the funds into gta cash. That's the only way you'll get a message saying that money AND items were added to your account.
He didn’t do it right. With the money glitches your supposed to open your drop down menu and select give cash. I mean like its not that hard to mess up!😂
