佐藤博(HIROSHI SATO) Interview

10月24日は佐藤博の命日。そして、今年は三回忌です。哀悼の意をこめて、『UNDERCOVER』のリリース・イベントで上映したインタビュー映像をアップいたしました。撮影は2004年初夏。本人が望んで近しいスタッフによって撮られた素材を、イベント用に編集したものです。「ライブ会場限定で出す作品のオマケにしたい」というのが、当初の本人のプランでした。
2003年にリリースされたミニ・アルバム『THAT'S ALL RIGHT』（タイトル曲は『UNDERCOVER』に収録）を中心に、プレスリーのこと、実家の寺で多重録音を始めたときのこと、ライブへの取り組みやオリジナリティについてなど、知られざる貴重なエピソードが満載です。ぜひご覧ください。

Exactly a decade later and Hiroshi's music is still so important. It means so much to se many people and he was a great inspiration. I'll spend tomorrow, exactly 12 years after he passed, listening to his songs and being sad that he passed away. RIP Hiroshi Sato.
