Fève Delicieuse is my current top gourmand scent in my collection. It dethroned Naxos, after all. One of those smells that as soon as I could get my hands on a sample, I chastised myself for not blind-buying it a long time ago.

You have probably the best RUclips Frag Channel. It's never boring and you have always your own opinion and what others could think about. I like Jeremy, but I like you more as you go deeper into the details.
Jeremy used to talk a lot about the fragrances back in 2019 and before then but seems his videos are too short now and doesn't talk much about the fragrances. I think curly fragrance and demi rawling have the best taste, because girls know what smells best on a guy but they also talk a lot about the fragrances too.

@@Pipmen ash has big collection, can tell he's a real collector that loves what he does. He has passion he's not just making fragrance videos for views but you can tell that's his passion is collecting and he gets to make videos about his hobby. He knows his stuff, but the best perfumes I seen him talk about are the ones his wife likes on him. Girls usually know what's best for guys
@@GrowingDownUnder Mostly I do agree, but I disagree that he only speaks best about frags that his wife likes is not true. He says often that he likes it and his wife does not. You can also see this in his mimic's when she selects the best out of different frags. Therefore I like his reviews as he has his own opinion.

I'm not so sure I'd classify By the Fireplace as a gourmand. It has some gourmand elements, but......in the final analysis its predominantly something else.

I was gifted an Allure Homme back in 2009 when I went to Hawaii on holiday. Over the years I forgot which one it was. I was 90% sure it was sport. Department stores are finally open again after lockdowns so went in today. It was Blanche... One spray and I was teleported back to Hawaii. I also tried Bleu de Chanel Parfum and that blew me away. Now im split between which one to get for a hot summer ahead.

Was never a fan of pipe tobacco except when I tried a hard to find cherry flavored tobacco. Any tobacco frags with a moderate cherry note? Or maple and tobacco?

Finally I see some fragrances on here that I actually own (Black XS and Edition Blanche). I can't say I've ever thought of EB as lemon pie though.
I also didn't get the lemon pie in the blanche. For me it's even more intense lemon scent and less creamy, AHSEE is even creamier because the vanilla smells stronger in AHSEE than in Blanche. At least on my skin.
True story here, but working at a fancy restraunt, I had just sprayed Oajan by Parfums de Marly right before I walked in. Some bartender had asked what smells like a rich apple pie.. it's that. Plus I got 9-10 Hours of performance

I felt the same way about Black XS(wearing it since 2015). It kinda disappeared after 1 Million. I liked it better until the 1 Million Elixir came out.
Johnny Cash did a Stetson commercial way back when I was a kid, and I've always imagined him as a Stetson guy since then. He also has his own line of Stetson hats, so...

I would never consider Men In Black a gourmand, its a spicy fragrance for me.
My 2 favourite gourmands are: Kilian Angels Share, and Mercedes Benz Club Black

How close is the scent of Guerlain Ideal EDP to the EDT? I already have the EDT, and don't want to spend another $40 for the EDP to find out they smell pretty similar.
i would say the opening is pretty similar, but the dry down is really different! There’s a beautiful leather accord in the edp. Worth buying even if you have a edt imo
Pretty the same. Instead of the EDP i would go for the Extreme.

I was looking for a fragrance to wear now that the weather is cold. I am splitted between Halloween man X and Salvatore Ferragamo uomo. Which one would you choose?

They are both great choices man, you won’t go wrong with any of them. I would say that uomo is louder, smells classier and more unique. Halloween man X smells a little bit more similar to other typical sweet fragrances, might be more people pleaser (specially young people) and still a solid performer. I hope that helps

May be I'm the only one who doesn't see any similarities between Naxos and Pure Havane, it's night and day, huge differences. the differences are much more than the similarities. Naxos is like a pure natural orange juice and PH is like a vitamin C medicine. Naxos is the real deal if you like Pipe Tobacco, it's awesome. PH is very synthetic and cheap smelling.
And yes, Chanel Allure Edition Blanche is a magnificent fresh gourmand fragrance.
naxos and pure malt are very very close but not pure havane imo

I sprayed Oajan on my hat 3 days ago... can still pick it up. Be careful!!! This scent might feel like it attacked your sinus with cinnamon. Like some people that have pressed thier noses close to my shirt said it feels like it pretty much burns thier nose

One of my male colleagues wore Man in Black to the office and I was not pleased when I got on the elevator behind him lol. Seriously made me gag to the point that I thought I might not make it off the elevator from lack of oxygen. I'm guessing he put on way too much or maybe it's not meant for the confines of an office because it was ghastly to my nose. Ironically, when I asked him if he was wearing Spicebomb, he got insulted. 😄

@@Nish_M Longevity is average on my skin but many other people say long lasting. Projection is average, not beast mode but if someone is near you they may smell it.
