That varies so much by state! I’m making about half in Indiana as a new grad than what I would make in california. 😅
@@AmyBales I live in the same city as you do & I graduate from nursing school in a year but thinking about new grad pay and negotiating gives me so much anxiety because when I look online the numbers varies so much. It’s like I don’t know what say/expect 😭

I also used to wear scissors on my badge reel at that hospital but I was asked if I wanted to be stabbed by a coworker and given the population I was serving I think it was fair critique and I took it off lol
I really enjoyed the mental image this comment gave me and if I would’ve worn them down in the ED, I 100% would’ve had that happen 🤠

Do you have any tips for pumping? This is one thing I’m nervous about with starting my first L&D position
About you pumping or patients? I pumped for 18 months as a nurse and also helped patients pump a lot so I have advice for either!
