To me, Nowhere Man marks the midpoint of The Beatles' active career as a band. Beatles music takes us back down memory lane to the days of our youth and events taking place in our own lives 'all those years ago.' Thank you for this great rendition of that wonderful song.
EXCELLENT---WELL SAID. Thats exactly what the Beatles left us, because we travelled the same road with them, and their music is milestones of our lives.
One of the best covers I've heard , this is a challenging song live but you guys pulled it off . Your guitarist played the solo section including the harmonic end note beautifully.
The REO Brothers are really good at this and many other Beatles songs. The lead singer seems to be the reincarnation of John Lennon (voice wise). “Woman”, “Imagine”and “In My Life” are good examples.
Awesome!!!! I just learned this song thru our #smule group competition. At first I was hesitant to sing this song but later on while practising, it became one of my favorite. It keeps on playong on my mind- LSS Not to mention how this song was composed, it is indeed one of Beatles bests song... love it!!!
I like the anecdotes about the Beatles. Particularly John. Not sure what your citations and sources are for these quotes. But it definitely sounds like John. He did say stuff like that.
That solo carries considerable pressure, I can almost feel the relief once that final harmonic is struck. Excellent work boys. All your efforts are excellent.
You know, that is a discerning comment. You hit it right on, from my perspective. I play that and is probably the most "dreaded" part of the entire evening- playing that solo. On the album, there are two electrics guitars playing that- using the same gtr? overdubbed- one hits the chord - E B A E F#m and holds the chords as it fades and the other plays the more readily apparent "solo" line- plus the intonation on that inversion of the B chord- can be "wonky" and difficult to have in tune. It really stands out if not in tune for some reason. It's a defined sound that "everybody knows" and quite distinctive. So, I'm always relieved when that solo is behind me. Thanks, I really appreciate your comment
Thanks Bob. I have played Beatles in bands over the years and it isnt easy to get right in terms as sound and accuracy. I struggled with this particular song so can fully appreciate the relief when you nailed it. Your face visably relaxes just before the harmonic....Excellent guitaring my friend.
Thanks. It 's obvious you know the lay of the land. I don't always get that harmonic either, but I'm thinking most folks don't know that it's there- lucky for me- all the best to you.
It's a great solo because it fits the song exactly. George never missed a note, and more importantly, never played too many notes, unlike other lead guitarists.
Great job guys and the best thing is, you didn't change anything about the song...which is the way it should be. Don't mess with perfection, which is what The Beatles' music is imo!!
They were trying to match the Beach Boys harmonies that were the genius of Brian Wilson. Brian orchestrated all those harmonies and Mike Love sang with him. Pet Sounds was just really, really out there with beautifully complex harmonies.
Sorry,BUT, i really didnt get all the songs on PET SOUNDS, like brians songs and carls but mike love bugs they would have been fine without loves whiney voice and all the mind games he played on brian , especially wanting or forceing brian and van dyke parks to xplain the lyrics to SURFS UP, COLUMNATED RUINS DOMINO , they were words and music men, LOVE was just riding on the coat tails of all the surf early stuff, did you see LOVE at the rock and roll hall of fame induction, what a fuckin asshole basically calling out the mop tops and stones. Look for that and get a real look at love, read a few beach boys books and u can see what an asshole he and his brothers were, GO MEDITATE MIKE. Jt from mex
Nice job! Please ignore the 19 idiots who gave your performance a "thumbs down." They know nothing. And they are not accountable for what they say, so they can hide in their anonymity.
You almost got it. The guitars, the harmonies all sound like how the Fab Four themselves. Except for the drum part. Its so uninspired playing. Theres no drum fills after the end of the verses and chorus. Unfortunately ruining the performance for me.
I did notice that. All the build-ups to the chorus and the fills out of the choruses, are missing. There are cool "sandpaper roll" fills into some choruses that Ringo does.
What? There's no 9 chord fanfare. The song starts with the a capella vocals just like these guys do it. They are missing some of the pickups and build-ups like the little drive to the chorus, but this is pretty darn good job. The bass has the constantly walking line down, the tempo is nice and easy like it should be.
Congratulations from Italy. You play like every Beatles fan would like to play, getting right every little detail and the appropriate feeling.
Thank you, Federico, for your kind remarks. Much appreciated.
Federico Giacanelli Could not have put it better myself .Outstanding!
@@YARROWS9 AGREE!

Fantastic! Terrific cover job!

So great
Thanks John, appreciate it.
良い味があるね!
Some people are not "so lucky" to write a song like Nowhere Man. Geniuses like John are not born that frequently...
One of my favorite Beatle songs. Great job.
Thanks Linda, appreciate it.
Wow, well done Sir, for a live performance this is really great - the harmonies for this song are hard to pull off. :)
Fab gear 👍🇬🇧👍
Good job. Thank you. The song is another illustration of John Lennon's genius.
la seguridad de los viejitos!!! excelente!
Perfect cover
Thanks , Louis. Appreciate it
Oh mannn... Old people are so sweet!
Excellent!!!
Thanks Gustavo. Appreciate it!
Great
Where do you guys play? I there a calendar? Places?
ótimo

2 leftys in the same band can't be all bad!!
Upeeta...I love you!!! terkut Suomesta!...
Kiitos kauniista sanoistasi
muy buenos
Gracias, Rafael
I loved it!! Just missed the snare rolls a little bit before the chorus, but that's ok! Nice drummer, nice band!!!
great! !!!
Thanks, appreciate it!
If I heard this cover with not knowing who was performing it, I would think it was the Beatles performing it.
GOOD!
NICE!"
Thank you!
Pretty good
Nice!
Thank you
One minute and four seconds of waffle... finally, we get some music.
I enjoyed the waffle. Great wee insight to Lennon there.
Why? Why didn't I noticed your band earlier, Comrades?
がんばって!!
Sounds very good, but the drumming is a tad too timid for my liking. Were are you guys located??
Thanks, John. Mostly Halifax, Nova Scotia. Lead singer is from New Brunswick
Bob Mahar Darn I was just in Nova Scotia in August. If I had found your videos before, I would have looked to see if you were performing.
wow!!! my respects!!!! play that song much better that the original because youre playing on liric!!!!! im impressing
great! like & suscribe.
I have watched this video lately, but I accelerate the talking part.
Boomers had the best music
It`s drunken cats, not Beatles!
A pity the acoustics of the place are mediocre.
beatles doc "get back" taught me beatles lyrics mean NOTHING
Is Joe Biden playing lead guitar ?.

It is refreshing to see groups singing Beatle songs without those stupid costumes and wigs!
Not the rhythm, missing the opening 9 chord fanfare at the start.

Awesome cover!
Sounds fun at 1.25x speed 😅
Good many times! Thanks for remembering Beatles
