    I noticed that your foil looks fine and so as the other foil sticker on the store. I'm just wondering how did you make it less glossy? mine is terrible and very very bright when lighted any workaround for it?

      Try playing around with the $envmaptint values. If the sticker is too shiny then try lowering the value to somewhere around 5 5 5. Raise and lower the values until you get the desired look. Of course don't forget to copy the value to your VMT when you're done

    is it possible to make the gradient in krita not go to the center? so if u want kind of like an off-set bump, that is too the side.

    • @viperskins
      @viperskins  Год назад

      The Shaped gradient only uses the shape of the area on which you're applying the gradient. So you can't change that behavior out of the box

      @@mirelm6788 Sorry i got a bit busy the past few days.
      Unfortunately i don't know of an easy way to achieve this. However one thing that you might try is to create a "dummy" shape where the center matches the area you want, create the gradient for that shape and make it blend with the original shape.
      You'll need to get a bit creative to tackle this issue, or maybe ask around

    can i change the phong value in vmt? is there any other way to reduce the shininess of the sticker?

    • @viperskins
      @viperskins  2 года назад +1

      To change the shininess you can try 2 things:
      1. Change the envmapint value (You get a color picker in the SDK tool), you can also manually assign values, including fractions like [0.7 0.7 0.7]
      2. You can change the base texture image by making it slightly darker
      I remember playing with the phong values but the changes didn't have any significant effect
