If that is a zebra it looks like it's colouring up you should start seeds soon! Or is it a Gouldian I can't tell the lights in your room are orangeish

I have concluded that most people want to artificially feed young birds! What do you want to prove by that? You are able to feed and preserve several birds! I leave everything to nature and parental instincts as can be seen on my YB channel and I will make real ones shots!
