My mom literally gave me a pepperoni pizza with ghost paper sauce on it with out knowing and I literally eat 1/4 of it because I was so hungry! I was 11 years old!
Hey, BabbleTop!!! Great video! I'm not afraid of most of the items on this list: cherries, bagels, hot dogs, cinnamon, etc., because I'm not going to do something stupid with them. Sannakji and pufferfish sound interesting, but I'm unlikely to ever have the opportunity to try them. I've always hated cashews, so I'm safe there. Never knew about the danger of kidney beans, so I learned something here. I would never try my hand at picking safe mushrooms. Only once did I find a morel and cook and eat it--without incident. I love shellfish. That's probably my greatest danger/weakness here. Marshmallows: I once walked in on an already-started story where a girl who was an aspiring model went to a bonfire where people were roasting (cooking?) marshmallows on sticks. Apparently one caught fire and the person panicked and flipped it up in the air over their head and it landed right in her cleavage, leaving permanent scarring that basically ruined her chances of success. The guy who was telling the story is usually very serious and factual, so I doubt if it was a joke of any kind. Ghost Pepper: I love spicy food and I would love to try out a ghost pepper, but cooked in chile con carne (or whatever), and not eaten raw (or maybe a tiny nip, just for effect). Where I live in the UK eating raw egg is completely safe as eggs in the UK aren’t washed so the naturally occurring virus and bacteria protecting film of the egg isn’t removed. US eggs are washed so they are not safe to eat and that’s why US eggs are illegal in the U.K.
No way will I eat any of those. But due to my neurological problems. I have had spasms in my esophagus for years. Then one morning I woke up and ate then esophageal spasms started and lasted all day until early next morning so the spasms kicked up another notch. Since then I have to be very careful how I eat or drink anything.
I had nutmeg poisoning once...now I can laugh abt it but at the very moment it was absolutely horrifying. Apart from a rageing headache and constant need to throw up, my vision was completely distorted and i had the impression to float above my bed. And that state lastet for two whole days. 🤢🙈
Black potatoes are spoiled potatoes and should be thrown out and not eaten either, just like green ones it can cause very upset stomach, irritable stomach, and diarrhea

Raw eggs.. I remember reading something about the British eating raw or undercooked hen eggs and being perfectly fine. By that, I can only assume they mean farm fresh eggs - But I have no idea. I also read there's a low risk of food poisoning if you crack the egg into a cup and drink it immediately. The risk gets higher if you dawdle, break some shell into it, touch it with your fingers, ect. I mean.. for obvious reasons. Just some fun facts. Context seems to be something of a rarity these days.
