Hello, if this mold were machined in 6061-T6 Aluminum, do you think it would work?
I want to start making molds, but since they are trial and error molds,
I don't want to spend a fortune.
Has this mold already been machined by you or someone else or is it just an exercise design?
The material used for this mold may be P20 or something else, not aluminum. The mold design that I share will definitely work well. There are only a few details you need to know in making plastic molds. My advice is to try asking your friends who have made plastic molds because you need to know the working tolerances.
