Republic had such a reliable western factory which produced a handsome and well-made product. Also, we've got an early appearance of Monte Hale, before he had his own series. I hope your posting these films (and this one is an excellent quality print) helps to raise western fans' awareness of Sunset. I don't know if you are a fan of him or not, but I would love to see some of the Rex Allen Republics. I saw a few on late night TV in the 80s and 90s and have a few on video, but many of them are not easy to access.

Flawed story.. why would Sunset continue fueding when he was told that they’re being played for suckers by a third party…
