- This video is for anyone who finds that they have awoken in the middle of the night and are having difficulty getting back to sleep. This deep sleep meditation will soon have you back asleep in no time.
There are reassurances of not looking to the past or future and instead concentrating on the present moment.
Being awake in the middle of the night can be frustrating and this sleep meditation aims to settle any heightened emotions, anxiety or overthinking that you may have.
Following the words that you hear, take your time and have patience in falling asleep.

Thank you Christian, I often have problems going back to sleep and I try to do it all the time because it makes my dreams more vivid.
If I may suggest a theme for meditation please do sometime a space themed meditation with brown noise, I'd love to go on a space journey with you to deep space!
I’ve done a few space meditations with sound effects and music, there is a playlist. I enjoy making those a lot as they are very different. Thank you
So I totally didn't get this notification, and I've been waiting for a new release from you. But I do have some suggestions, I mostly enjoy your meditations because of your soothing voice so throwing out some meditations with a pre-recorded intro with soothing sleep sounds or binaural sounds alongside a generic description of some scenery or something would do it for me, and you can pump out videos like a machine, the meditation doesn't have to be long. But make them last over 45 mins at least with mostly soothing sounds. I don't know, I feel like adding something in between your regular videos that you do not have to put too much effort into, between your original releases (that you do so often), could help your Channel!!!
I have a few ideas along the lines of your ideas, I’ll have to experiment a little to see what works best. Thank you very much 🤞
