There are only 4 prelim courses at Sci tech: math, physics, biology and chemistry. Prelim bio would be mandatory and the rest you mix and match. You can do electives if you meet the prerequisites and some courses have no prerequisites so it would work out.
If you choose to go to Sci Tech and wish to transfer to MBBS or DDS, you have to do biology and chemistry courses regardless of what your major is. Marine Biology does not require chemistry courses but if your intention is to transfer you'll have to take chemistry courses as well for both semesters along with biology.
The results are written up in pen during the lab and checked by the demonstrators and lab technicians. If it is a short lab, it is due same day. But otherwise it would be due the next day at the specific time that the lecturer says. It's not like high school. You won't be using a lab book and the labs are written up somewhat differently and the questions are asked a bit differently.
When you register for the preliminary courses, the resources will be placed on the platform, and from the course outline you can also do your independent learning/studying. Also Whatsapp groups will be formed and the older students will give their 2 cents on certain things relating to the course.

It's the same full tuition for the prelim yr. as the other years. In the 300,000-350,000 range for the year.
