    Nice cake .plz clear my doubt that why raisins always settled down in the bottom of the cake while many times I coated raisins with flour.

    I actually really enjoy these more simple cakes which are just sponge with no icing - they're easier to eat as snacks and you can enjoy the flavours more!

      Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

    I love watching you videos, they inspire me to wanting to bake a new cake everyday!
    I would like to know if there's any specific reason for beating the eggs whites first and followed by adding the ingredients.
    Most of your videos have it the other way around, where you mix the ingredients and beat the egg whites in the end.

    Hi apron can I use normal baking method cos mine is a halogen oven. Heat is on the top only. Thank you very much for yr recipes. Enjoy it very much.

    I messed up and forgot the butter mixture till after the flour. It still turned out great. May be a little flatter. (Mine cooked in 25mins,)

      Hi, beat the egg white on high-speed until become bubble form, begin beat the egg whites on low speed added sugar separately for three times until firm peaks form,
      they become foamy and frothy, keep low speed after adding egg yolk
