Obedience is required by God for Salvation.
1 John 2:4 makes this clear:
"Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him,"
Most Christians don't seem to understand that sinning Christians are actually the lukewarm Christians that Jesus warned would be spit out and rejected.
Lukewarm Christians don't have any real love, devotion, loyalty, or commitment to Jesus.
Their feelings for him don't run very deep.
They don't have the Holy Spirit who fills us with God’s love that brings true contentment.
They seek comfort, gratification, and contentment from the world through sin, because they are empty inside.
They don't understand why they can never be filled.
The false church teaches that all it takes to receive salvation is to just "accept Jesus."
The truth is that Jesus will not accept any Christian whose feelings for him are only nonchalant and superficial.
1 John 5:3
"For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome."
Scripture also says,
Ecclesiastes 12:13
"The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man."
Lukewarm Christians are going to be devastated on Judgment Day when they find out they believed a lie. We can't have it both ways.
Galatians 6:8
"Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life."
You should not add to God's word. It says that he is a liar which is true, it did not say he wasn't saved. Obedience is not required for salvation. A man is saved by grace. Read Eph. 2:8,9 Yankee By the way Christians do not live perfect lives, but sinful ones. That's why he chastens his children, Read Heb. 12 Yankee

It is true that people couldn't be saved under the Law alone, but Jesus didn't die on the cross to free us to sin.
It is ridiculous to believe that Jesus didn't have a better plan than to make sin legal so that we can be saved.
Deceived Christians are believing that Jesus had no other way to save us than to allow sin as a way to bring Salvation.
In truth, when he died on the cross, he was able to send the Holy Spirit, who is able to transform us to true righteousness so that we can obey God’s laws and be saved.
We must be Born Again and converted to righteousness.
Since the beginning of the bible sin was never allowed.
Decieved Christians believe that Jesus died on the cross to change that and to allow human beings to continue to sin, and grace would remove the penalties for breaking his laws. This would only allow people to destroy themselves with sin, because over time,
sin hardens the heart.
Sin causes blindness.
Sin destroys the human conscience, which leads to depravity.
Sin can open doors that can't be closed.
That would not be grace at all.
Deceived Christians believe this is God's only solution for Salvation. They are wrong. God does not leave us in a sinful state, because it would destroy us both mentally and spiritually. Rather, God's grace is that he blesses us with cleanliness and righteousness so that we can live a free and happy life.
False ministers interpret the bible with the ignorance of mortal men, and they teach these things as truth.
Covering up sin is like sweeping more and more dirt under the carpet and leaving it there.
This is man's way, not God's way.
When we are truly saved, God's grace frees us from the bondage of sin itself.
Blind Christians dont understand that God's ways are higher than the ways of human beings.

@myjesus you add to His word. No need to bounce around verses and explain your interpretation. John 3:16. You either believe Jesus’ clear and perfect word. Or you add “but” this or that. I pray you start at John 3:16. And trust Him. Thats not all. But thats where you must start. Have a blessed day friend.
Not excusing people giving God the finger. But you think Jesus sacrifice wasn't good enough. So your works did what Jesus couldn't do. You put the cart before the horse. Salvation MUST come before works period. All your references to good works are pointless unless a man is saved FIRST. Not meaning to offend but what do you do when you sin. Are telling me you never sin.????????
