I love matt and I wish his weed idea would be realistic... But the issue is regulating the small individual growers who distribute to dispensaries. The amount of required records keeping and inspections is insane. So most states you can grow for yourself or your friends but not to sell to the general public. Outdoor grows have MASSIVE problems with fungus and pests and that's why they do it indoors
