    HI there! I wanted to correct one thing you have said multiple times in your videos, that tattoo ink is absorbed better into human skin due to the pores. This isn't really how it works. The reason tattoo ink is deposited and dispersed throughout human skin more easily is because the microenvironment of the dermis is aqueous with a lot of complex, non-uniform structures. The ink is soluble in that environment and removed from the needles more easily, so ink deposition is easier. Silicone is not only hydrophobic, but the material itself is dry and solid. It takes many passes to deposit into into that type of surface.

    Amazing video as always. I did my first filling tattoo over a lettering, using 9RS initially for the filling and 3RL for the outlines, but since the RS was not giving me a good filling I ended up doing it all with the RL. Now I understand why! The tattoo ended up in a good solid black tho, but this information really helps! I will try again next time. Thanks a lot.

    • @Artbydan88
      @Artbydan88 11 месяцев назад

      He’s hanging the needles out so the tube isn’t in contact with the skin. So put it in about halfway…don’t push. The machine should be doing the work for you. The skin will snag and let you know if you’re going too deep.
      Most beginners do too much damage to the skin because they’re trying to “push” the ink in, or being too sporadic with their movements.
      Just let it flow.

    • @Fani_Meherzi_Tattoo
      @Fani_Meherzi_Tattoo  10 месяцев назад

      It variates on different skin types but around 1mm, try to feed slowly on the right depth

    Sweet I thought it was just me who thought the fake skin was harder to saturate than real skin. I thought I was just fuckin up or something.

    • @Fani_Meherzi_Tattoo

    curved magnum why lmfao

    • @jeannin.wallace2795
      @jeannin.wallace2795 6 месяцев назад

      Straight Mag overworks the skin. It's really situational. If you're working on solid blackwork, it may prove to fill in much better in shorter time, however the drawback is your overwork the skin provided you are stretching. SEM However, give you the same benefit of filling, but doesn't overwork the skin and is much easier to use whenever you are within boundaries of where not to fill in. It's a bit more flexible given you can cover areas that are more skinnier in fill. Yes in theory it takes more time given the curved mag, however you get the benefit of also being able to work at a pace where you can be more precise in your fill to create saturation.
      With wither pendulum or tiny circles you can fill just as well as Stright mags. Just without the overwork
