My apologies for taking this down this morning and re-uploading! The audio exported incorrectly! I've put SO much time into this video (around 50 hours of editing alone!!! WHAT?!) that I didn't want to settle by leaving the audio quality sub par. Please let me know what you think of longer form videos like this! WOW they are SO much more challenging than my standard 10 minute videos. I hope you love it like I love it. It was quite a feat!

I have to add, i love this generation. I am a baby boomer, so we worked 9-5 came home, raised kids, and did it again lol. This generation is showing us (any age) to live an environmentally good life, cook healthy, and of course be happy. Thanks for a wonderful upload. Yes, they seem to really do a lot of research beforehand!
There are more ingredients available than back in the '70's. We ate pretty well. We rented old farm houses and grew our own and raised chickens and goats. Water and soil were cleaner then, too.
We were just glad to have something to eat 😊

I live in a 4 bedroom house surrounded with lots of belongings that make me happy. Watching videos like this makes me want to leave it all behind for a small home on wheels. Ugh.
You've lived your current life to it's fullest. Try a new adventure with less purchased stuff and more nature!
If living in your house makes you happy stay. If you want to try it theres no harm in doing what they are too. I just want to say that its your decision and whichever makes you happy is good

Find the right rig and try it out a few times. What vehicle or RV you use is important, do a bit of research. Please note that stealth camping is no longer as easy as it once was due to local ordinances and that everyone (including law enforcement) knows you are there. Plan to mooch-dock (driveway surf) or get out into the boonies as shown in this video. It is wonderful. I rarely go into the cities and instead seek out public lands where 14 day camping is allowed. Good luck!

I agree she rocks and her food is amazing but I don’t think she “needs” to do anything. Don’t take this the wrong way please, I just noticed on a live she felt like they announced the potential cookbook too soon and it might add to the pressure for people to tell her she needs to make a cookbook. Watching this in 2021 and it makes me remember what socialization was before Covid and it just makes me wish I didn't take it for granted.
What I love about the longer format is that it forced me to sit down, pause, and pay attention. Of course I usually sit down and pay attention to every video but this felt more intentional because of the length. I love how meditative your content can be, but it's also pretty funny... Like all of the sentences that described what Barron did next 🤣🤣 hilarious! Thank you Elsa for taking such care when editing, I noticed you were trying some new things and I'm digging it. Love you all and everything you do. Love this community!
Best versatile quote to answer any question about what you do: "Got bit in the head!" Love it. Thanks for another great time. As far as length ... I enjoyed it. But, I enjoy the other shorter ones too. I'd say just mix it up. On the longer ones, If I don't have the time, the attention span, or "I got bit in the head" while watching it, I can always hit and come back to it later. Love you guys!

You and Barron were a huge inspiration for me and my partner to convert a 6x12 cargo trailer into a tiny home for ourselves. To see the true beauty in life, and to truly understand why its so worth having ur own independence, and enjoying what were blessed with, which is right in front of us all along. Even the days when my hearts really affecting me, i can come here, and somehow it help in its own special way. As I watch this video, I'm sitting in my $250K home thinking about how others choose to live. I drive a $100K Alfa Romero and they drive an older Subaru living an a 13' Scamp. They seem truly content and very happy. Time to rethink my life....
