Good lord finally someone that understands no two people are built the same way. Much like diet, having a good foundation is important but everyone needs to tweak it to optimize their potential. Following someone elses form doesnt mean youll get the same muscle activation. Every experienced bodybuilder has changed their form or used a machine differently to get the best contraction. I use the tricep pushdown reverse and hunched over standing to work the sides of my chest because my wrists cant handle dips. I get the contraction I want but people probably thinkim dumb.
