    in 2008 i met a dude at the gym in a village who was the world champion in heavyweight lifting. Trust me with discipline you can do it, just start by putting the weight back.

    Question:
    4 sets / 10-12 reps Spider curl (or any bicep exercise).
    Let’s say I’m doing it with 8 kg.
    Do I do it the same weight (8 kg) for 4 sets?
    Or
    Set 1: 12 reps 8 kg
    Set 2: 10 reps 9 kg
    Set 3: 8 reps 10 kg
    Set 4: 6 reps 12 kg

    What's up with the lying rope hammer curl? Is it supposed to be somehow more beneficial than doing standing hammer curls?

      Don't know. If I tried that at my gym people would be walking over my head. Not practical imo

      ForcedIndividual it's so your isolate the bicep.. if your standing you have a chance of rocking etc...

    I could use some advice. I broke my right wrist Dec 4. I fractured my pelvis also, but that's back, up to 8 miles hiking with a pack daily. I want to bring my right arm all the way back. is there any set of exercises that I could use to work my upper arm while my wrist recovers? thanks.:)

      I used an ankle strap (the ones people use to do the kickbacks) and wrapped it around my forearm when I broke my wrist. Worked pretty well to be honest. Just did the cable machines instead of free weights until it felt better.

      Kike salinas if you do 5 sets of weighted pull ups and 3 sets dumbbell curls you will get a better bicep workout than this fancy ass workout.

      Rhys Davies to much weight try less weight higher volume and full range motion then step it up when you feel comfortable.

      Thomas Fogarty EXACTLY. Those isolation exercises are just the icing on the cake while those basic compounds do at least 5 times more than those fancy ass workouts.

    I hate triceps kickbacks sooo inefficient. Chair dips skull crushers with overhead dumbbell tricep. Never do kickbacks lol

    Poor exercise selections... you should wait until you get a 20-inch arm before you do the tricep Kickback and the hammer curls... for your pre-contest workout
