Regarding domains, he's in the running for fastest character in the verse + has Hollow Wicker Basket. He can definitely HWB and then blitzfuck most domain users.
Kashimo isn’t a fraud in my eyes,just got done dirty. He fought Hakari(The immortal) with zero hesitation and at the end Hakari admits he would have lost if they kept going. He had a natural sure-hit attack without CT or a Domain Expansion. You can’t easily block his attacks (unless your sukuna or gojo) because his cursed energy naturally damages over time with a stun effect. He is smart and creative with his abilities (deadly gas from the ocean) He was almost speed blitzing a weakened meguna (which even if meguna is weakened he is still a very dangerous powerhouse that only like 2% of the verse could even stand up too) and forced him to go full Form sukuna so he wouldn’t die. Kashimo’s CT is effectively the 8th gates from Naruto and forced Sukuna to have to spam an entire wall of the (currently) strongest attack in the verse to end the fight quickly. To me this shows kashimo may have not lasted long but he was no bum,simple got done dirty by GeGe like many others (cough cough gojo,yuki,and more

And then he was two tapped by a nerf Four arm Sukuna with mostly the same nerfs, only with a half assed heal to help Maybe the blackclash would have not been that hard if his fans didnt try to put him on the same league as Gojo or Sukuna
Ugh i dont know but he quickly rose up to my faves ranks, he was so cool, his fight with Hakari is so anticipated and his fight against Sukuna, albeit short (i think?), will probably be absolutely mad to witness. Also liked how even reincarnated he kept the hair buns.
Kashimo's fight against Sukuna was all thematic material and no spectacle- the opposite of what we want from visual media. We learn more about how lonely it is for people like Gojo, Sukuna, and Kashimo to be at the top with no rival, Sukuna mentors Kashimo on love, etc. buuuut, we wanted the spectacle, we wanted the fight choreography. Hopefully the anime expands upon the fight when it gets adapted... in like, 4-6 years or so.
He killed 80 memebers before fighting haksri snd still didnt deem hakari a threat. Sukuna went all out on kashimo which means he was a problem. Hes the only person ive seen tank a full powered dismantled. This made sukuna do 1000 of them to kill em after knocking em off balanced.

If Kashimo had Reverse Cursed Technique and mastery over his CT, he would be extremely more stronger. Plus from Reverse Cursed Technique the problem of his cursed energy would be solved as in the form of reverse cursed energy. I strongly believe that if Kashimo actually had RCT, he would be able output it like Sukuna, Yuta and Shoko. Imagine a reverse cursed energy amplified lightning strike, basically negs all cursed spirits in the verse because outputted reverse cursed energy can destroy cursed spirits pretty easily. If Kashimo just had those 2 things he would have maybe actually won against Sukuna.

I got to disagree with so much here. First on Kashimo vs Hakari: Hakari is NOT at the same level as Kashimo. And pretty much everything on their fight proves it. Kashimo could have easily won if he just stalled for time while Hakari was immortal, but he purposely decided to make things harder for himself by not doing so. Because Kashimo is actively looking for an exciting fight, and not particularly to win. Hakari got incredibly lucky, even for him in his fight by avoiding death multiple times by hitting the jackpot. Without that he would have lost. Even while Hakari was immortal Kashimo was dominating him. So Kashimo actively did everything to handicap himself and still dominated most of the fight. Second on Sukuna vs Kashimo: How do you wave away two clean hits from Kashimo to Sukuna is beyond me. "He got taken by suprise" Dude, Kashimo straight up run into him with a frontal attack. Sukuna had all the time in the world to react, he just couldn't. Kashimo was at least on hand to hand, on par with him.
At best Kashimo can be 3rd in the verse, but idk how he would fair against Kenny who has a full open domain and Mahoraga who, if not one-shot and completely vaporised, would just adapt and body Kashimo. Definitely a Top 5 character though!

Also Hakari isn't the strongest heavy hitterm, The narrative backing solely points at Yuta. i agree with everything besides the getting absolutely blitzed by sukuna part, cuz he never really got "blitzed" even when sukuna used his cursed tool to literally blind kashimo and get him from behind, kashimo still reacted and blocked the initial hits that sukuna threw out, only then to get overwhelmed by 4 arms. he also kinda made questionable decisions with his attacks but whatever, gege didnt wanna give him much time to show off. but i do believe he beats the heavy hitters if he blitzes them with mba, which he is more than capable of doin before they activate their domain.

Id say Kashimo is at best 5th place. But is most likely lower. Sukuna is first for now, 2nd is Gojo, 3rd is Takaba, 4th is Kenjaku, 5th can go to about 5 others.

It was never stated that he got an increase in speed and physical strength. Improved his overall capabilities and abilities he can use. Agility like you said is more akin to reaction speed. Him landing a blow could be as simple as sukuna being surprised by the activation of the CT. Kashimo is also using sound based attacks which sukuna even reacts to and Everytime after his first punch he uses one of these attacks distracting/disorienting sukuna. Sukuna also didn't receive a speed buff by returning to his heian form. Both of these statements have no real proof just speculation to back them up. Sukuna normally likes to play with his food and then enjoys showing them up after. Kashimo is off screened by an attack he didn't even see sukuna launch. Seeing how you place your CT into a domain and then can still use your CT yourself or another if you have one I would say it would be safe for him to use and not die seeing how it doesn't directly affect him. What would it do though? Probably allow him to launch the attacks like the ones he used against sukuna as sure hits or just his normal lightning strike he uses as sure hits.

Anti domain techniques doesn’t guarantee you winning against a domain user. We’ve never seen anyone apart from sukuna be able to do much when using an anti domain ability, and even then he still got effected and if not for megumi he would’ve lost

HWB is an anti domain technique that once activated, requires both hands to keep the hand sign for it to stay up and protect you from domains. FBE is a simple domain that once casted, attacks the sure hit of a domain expansion to lessen the effecta of the domain. It's reactive and doesn't require the user to maintain hand signs to keep it up... Basically... FBE > Simple Domain > HWB

Kashimo barely cracks top 10 in my opinion. He is uninteresting and was just a fodder character. He did nothing significant in the story. The only reason people seem to like him is because the story said he was the one of the strongest sorceries in the past. His character was poorly written. If you remove him from the story the only thing the story loses is showing off Hakari's power. Kashimo was literally used as fodder to show off Hakari.

Kashimo is definitely around top 5 if not outright in the top 5. He was able to match hakari in jackpot mode which hakari gets unlimited ce, and it massively boosts his ce output, while giving him the instant rct which is almost immortality. And kashimo was able to match hakari in that, and even though hakari had 3 jackpots he was never able to really overpower kashimo. Kashimo at one point almost one shot and killed hakari in jackpot mode with a lightning bolt. The only reason the fight swung in hakari’s favor is because he brought the fight over the ocean, which is a massive disadvantage to kashimo due to his ce trait. And even then with kashimo only having the option to completely suppress his ce, or release it all. When he released it for the explosion that would’ve deleted hakari, if hakari didn’t make a binding vow last second before it to sacrifice his arm in return for protecting the rest of his body. So essentially had hakari and kashimo fought anywhere else without the ocean kashimo would’ve low diffed hakari. And hakari is at least in the top 10.
Kashimo no difs everyone below special grade in base with the exceptions of unranked fighters like hakari and toji. In amber beast the only people he’s losing to is Gojo and Sukuna. Ppl hype up yuki, and I am included, I genuinely think she’s stronger than kenjaku, and the only reason she lost was because the plan she made with tengan was flawed, and she wasn’t able to protect herself from his domain. However, base kashimo destroys her in physical combat, only losing to the black hole. MBA Kashimo destroys her, and the em waves destroys her body before she can even become a black hole. Anyone with a domain expansion isn’t inherently safe because he has hallow wicker basket. The only arguable case is mahito, but it’s very possible that MBA can beat him just by deleting his body since souls are tied to the bodies that they belong to as shown with Toji, Geto, and Megumi.
It's interesting when you realize that he lived in an era that lacked the nowadays curse technique knowledge. Imagine if he were to learn how to use various domain technique. His how Domain expansion would be broken af. Probably still weaker than Gojo and Sukuna, but he would be undeniably number 3. And how he is only arguably number 3.

Kashimo isn’t a fraud in my eyes,just got done dirty.
He fought Hakari(The immortal) with zero hesitation and at the end Hakari admits he would have lost if they kept going.
He had a natural sure-hit attack without CT or a Domain Expansion. You can’t easily block his attacks (unless your sukuna or gojo) because his cursed energy naturally damages over time with a stun effect. He is smart and creative with his abilities (deadly gas from the ocean)
He was almost speed blitzing a weakened meguna (which even if meguna is weakened he is still a very dangerous powerhouse that only like 2% of the verse could even stand up too) and forced him to go full Form sukuna so he wouldn’t die.
Kashimo’s CT is effectively the 8th gates from Naruto and forced Sukuna to have to spam an entire wall of the (currently) strongest attack in the verse to end the fight quickly.
To me this shows kashimo may have not lasted long but he was no bum,simple got done dirty by GeGe like many others (cough cough gojo,yuki,and more

Kashimo's fight against Sukuna was all thematic material and no spectacle- the opposite of what we want from visual media. We learn more about how lonely it is for people like Gojo, Sukuna, and Kashimo to be at the top with no rival, Sukuna mentors Kashimo on love, etc. buuuut, we wanted the spectacle, we wanted the fight choreography. Hopefully the anime expands upon the fight when it gets adapted... in like, 4-6 years or so.

If Kashimo had Reverse Cursed Technique and mastery over his CT, he would be extremely more stronger. Plus from Reverse Cursed Technique the problem of his cursed energy would be solved as in the form of reverse cursed energy.

First on Kashimo vs Hakari:
Hakari is NOT at the same level as Kashimo. And pretty much everything on their fight proves it.
Kashimo could have easily won if he just stalled for time while Hakari was immortal, but he purposely decided to make things harder for himself by not doing so. Because Kashimo is actively looking for an exciting fight, and not particularly to win.
Hakari got incredibly lucky, even for him in his fight by avoiding death multiple times by hitting the jackpot. Without that he would have lost.
Even while Hakari was immortal Kashimo was dominating him. So Kashimo actively did everything to handicap himself and still dominated most of the fight.
Second on Sukuna vs Kashimo:
How do you wave away two clean hits from Kashimo to Sukuna is beyond me. "He got taken by suprise" Dude, Kashimo straight up run into him with a frontal attack. Sukuna had all the time in the world to react, he just couldn't. Kashimo was at least on hand to hand, on par with him.
At best Kashimo can be 3rd in the verse, but idk how he would fair against Kenny who has a full open domain and Mahoraga who, if not one-shot and completely vaporised, would just adapt and body Kashimo. Definitely a Top 5 character though!

Well Sukuna also needed to transform because he knew he was probably gonna get jumped by all of the other sorcerers and its better to be revitalized instead of weakend. Also Hakari isn't the strongest heavy hitterm, The narrative backing solely points at Yuta. All the heavy hitters just have their special abilities like Makis HR, hakaris RCT, and Yutas copy and Rika.

It was never stated that he got an increase in speed and physical strength. Improved his overall capabilities and abilities he can use. Agility like you said is more akin to reaction speed. Him landing a blow could be as simple as sukuna being surprised by the activation of the CT. Kashimo is also using sound based attacks which sukuna even reacts to and Everytime after his first punch he uses one of these attacks distracting/disorienting sukuna. Sukuna also didn't receive a speed buff by returning to his heian form. Both of these statements have no real proof just speculation to back them up. Sukuna normally likes to play with his food and then enjoys showing them up after. Kashimo is off screened by an attack he didn't even see sukuna launch. Seeing how you place your CT into a domain and then can still use your CT yourself or another if you have one I would say it would be safe for him to use and not die seeing how it doesn't directly affect him. What would it do though? Probably allow him to launch the attacks like the ones he used against sukuna as sure hits or just his normal lightning strike he uses as sure hits.

Sukuna isn't buffed by entering his true form other than extra arms and mouth. It wouldn't really be worth it to activate his true form if he still had maharaga. Maharaga alone is better than the extra arms and mouth.

Kashimo is waaaaaay above these guys including hakari who made even sukunas 2nd go 100%. Sukuna got demolished in his megumi state which is weak. Kashimo did more damage in 3 punches and made sukuna run unlike go/jo. Kashimo had to fight the peak version of sukuna 1 on 1 while everyone else fought megumi. Kashimo barely cracks top 10 in my opinion. He is uninteresting and was just a fodder character. He did nothing significant in the story. The only reason people seem to like him is because the story said he was the one of the strongest sorceries in the past. His character was poorly written. If you remove him from the story the only thing the story loses is showing off Hakari's power. Kashimo was literally used as fodder to show off Hakari.

Kashimo is definitely around top 5 if not outright in the top 5. He was able to match hakari in jackpot mode which hakari gets unlimited ce, and it massively boosts his ce output, while giving him the instant rct which is almost immortality.
And kashimo was able to match hakari in that, and even though hakari had 3 jackpots he was never able to really overpower kashimo. Kashimo at one point almost one shot and killed hakari in jackpot mode with a lightning bolt.
The only reason the fight swung in hakari’s favor is because he brought the fight over the ocean, which is a massive disadvantage to kashimo due to his ce trait. And even then with kashimo only having the option to completely suppress his ce, or release it all. When he released it for the explosion that would’ve deleted hakari, if hakari didn’t make a binding vow last second before it to sacrifice his arm in return for protecting the rest of his body.
So essentially had hakari and kashimo fought anywhere else without the ocean kashimo would’ve low diffed hakari.
And hakari is at least in the top 10.

Kashimo no difs everyone below special grade in base with the exceptions of unranked fighters like hakari and toji. In amber beast the only people he’s losing to is Gojo and Sukuna. Ppl hype up yuki, and I am included, I genuinely think she’s stronger than kenjaku, and the only reason she lost was because the plan she made with tengan was flawed, and she wasn’t able to protect herself from his domain. However, base kashimo destroys her in physical combat, only losing to the black hole. MBA Kashimo destroys her, and the em waves destroys her body before she can even become a black hole. Anyone with a domain expansion isn’t inherently safe because he has hallow wicker basket. The only arguable case is mahito, but it’s very possible that MBA can beat him just by deleting his body since souls are tied to the bodies that they belong to as shown with Toji, Geto, and Megumi.
Can go for a few rounds with Gojo before getting packed up with CT
