I'm a Trump supporter, and I'm so glad that Robert F Kennedy joined the Trump team! He would make a great President, but at least RFK will be able to help get this country on track with this type of situation and our out of control drug costs, etc...
Yes, Trump is a builder, we saw Trump build and clean up after 9/11. RFK is a dreamer, a visionary for an inclusive bright future for all. People in power envision a world where we all suffer so they can feel all powerful. Together Trump and RFK can do great things and restore balance and hope.
Not sure what we can do with the costs because the real issue isn't that pharma is "screwing us over", its all these other nations screwing us (the American people) over. These nations tell US pharma what they will pay which is barely over cost less the years and sometimes decades of R&D that costs billions and billions of dollars. We 350 million Americans get stuck eating all of those development costs and the cost of the medication or device while some 7 billion other people get to enjoy our innovations and technologies at a fraction of the cost.
Think of it this way; the US represents half of the pharma global market share with the rest of the world representing the other half. Of the rest of the worlds global market share, about half of that is generics of US intellectual property so we end up competing against our own products at prices we cannot match because these other nations skipped the whole R&D process.
I don't mind that we practically give this stuff away to under developed nations. I do mind these developed nations that tell us how our system should be more like theirs when they effectively extort the American consumer and taxpayer to cover the entire cost of development and manufacturing while they get it at slightly over cost to manufacture. I'm not saying they don't have their own innovations, but they certainly don't reciprocate the same deals to us that they demand they get to have access to their markets.
This isn't a problem unique to pharma/medical device industries.
My heart aches for those beautiful landowners. Have to love Mr.Kennedy

Have you ever gone into a greenhouse in the middle of winter just before spring time and it's more difficult to breathe in there because of the humidity well it's not just humidity that's causing it harder for you to breathe within the greenhouse. Greenhouses pump in CO2 because CO2 makes the plants grow bigger and faster and require less water to grow look it up it's the truth. Call CO2 does to this planet is make the plants that are growing the trees the grass the flowers to grow larger and use less water add nutrients to survive what people don't understand anyone even scientists today is that this Great Big Blue marble we live on has the ability and has been able to adapt too many things it was built that way

I first became aware of this 'eminent domain' abuse some years ago, when ranchers here in Texas were kicked off their lands after refusing to sell to large corporations when they wanted to build that oil pipeline from Canada all the way to the port of Houston. Eminent domain and civil forfeiture laws have been abused and taken advantage of for a long time, but are virtually out of control since the Biden administration took over in 2020. Thank you Mr. Kennedy!!!
Biden revoked Keystone XL's permit, Trump promised to bring it back and expedite the environmental review. Biden revoking the permit allowed landowners to avoid the long and costly court battles they would be fighting to retain their property rights against eminent domain claims by the US gov.

Wow! At first I thought that CO2 pipeline was green lunatic code for an oil or gas pipeline. A high pressure CO2 pipeline is a REALLY bad idea. That much CO2 in one place can end the life of a LOT of people in a short period of time. This is completely insane! Keep up the good fight!
