POV Drive - Rainy Day in Texas (And thoughts on dealing with it)

Welcome back aboard Fulcrum. We were parked for a bit on I-10 outside of Houston (Not due to the hurricane) because of a rather intense storm moving through the region.
The first part of the video is more of an opinion piece about dealing with the weather out here, then what happens when the highway is flooded out and getting around that.
