Strawberry, Arizona is often identified with its sister community of Pine, Arizona and together they are known as Pine-Strawberry. Restaurants are abundant in this small mountain community which also has its own brew pub. 
The area was settled in the mid-1800s and has a lot of old buildings and history. Many of these old buildings have been transformed into businesses. Summer festivals among the rural ambiance add to the areas appeal. The festivals kick off in May and continue through the fall.   
These two communities have a year-round population of roughly 4,000 residents. However, the population more than doubles in the summer due to the areas many part-time homeowners. Homes are available in the area in all different price ranges.

Typically the homes in Strawberry are going to be resales or buying land and lining up a builder. It is rare for new spec homes to go in but there occasionally you will see one. Let me know if you need help in your search.
