I applaud your honesty and very good work. Your video finally illustrates to potential customers why a proper paint job takes so many hours, especially on an ally bodied car.
Other videos tend to skip the unglamorous parts like blocking, or try to hide the filler. Your shop is doing honest work, and its great to see such young chaps taking up the spray gun. Good for you! I'm out of paint and onto assembly of my DBS.

In the vid you go 80/120/180/240,
Is the 80/120 mainly to focus shape filled areas and 180/240 on entire panel just to do that final 10% blending and remove the 80/120 scratches? Will the spray filler cover a 80/120 scratch say if you miss one with the 240? Thanks guys
Nice video just one thing, what’s with the excessive loud and heavy music. I had a very bad migraine, I do hope you can change it to something a bit more on a lighter tone.
Do you block all the peel out of the epoxy before spray filler or does the spray filler cover the epoxy peel just fine?
The peel naturally dissapears when you block the epoxy but spray filler does cover it also
@@oldbonesfabricationsltd thanks. Why do Novol call it spray filler when it's 100 micron per coat and less than a traditional high build?
@denguefever9489 thinner coats less shrinkage better ashesion. Novol classic spray filler is designed specifically for classics, stick to the data and you will have zero shrinkage issues. We often spray fill twice depending on the amount of breakthroughs we have too
