Shadow priest is still going to hurt because they've built a class that revolves completely around Vampiric Touch which is slow to apply and they keep doubling down on it.
I think the Demonhunter nerfs are fine, but nerfing any %-Chance based thing will always be such a weird choice to me. It actively makes a spec feel worse while a damage nerf here and there isn't going to change how my spec feels unless I glue my eyes to the damage meter of course. I play the no-mover build so the last nerfs literally didn't impact me and my damage still feels good even after these ones

They shoulda done a hunter nerf, rapid fire is just way to OP right now
