Correct? > I don't see any selected object in the editor (around time 6:24 in this video). So when you click on the drop-down, does it just show "No results found"? It is not clear what you mean by "selected object in the editor." This drop-down should list the NLA track(s) of the selected Blender-object, usually an Armature. If there are no tracks yet, make sure to press the small "New NLA Track" button on the right side of the drop-box. It would create and select a new NLA track. > After I click "Bake to NLA," nothing shows. I assume the "Bake to NLA" button is enabled; if not, hover with the mouse over the button to reveal the error. And then you click the button but nothing happen. Or was there a dialog, where you pressed OK, and then no NLA strips were baked?
Hello, it shouldn't be the case. I've tried with a 5-minute OGG and could see the full clip in the Video Sequencer. Don't you have the end-frame set on the timeline too early? If you later placed another clip using the place-as-strip button that was shorter, it adjusts the end-frame to that clip unless you untick the 'Update scene end frame' option."
You also need to create shape-key actions. After you have created some shape keys in the Object Data section, go to the Dope Sheet, change the mode to the Shape Key Editor, and create an action there. Then keyframe at least one shape-key value. Also, make sure to have the actual mesh object selected and not the armature when you are mapping the actions.
@owlgear2068 Alright good man. You should of maybe put that in the video. But I'm sure most people are starting of with a clean model without shapekeys.
@@TLABify Indeed. Have you checked my other video? It contains more details including some shape-key action usage: ruclips.net/video/USCpOJGp_Zo/видео.html
@@TLABify If you have both an F-Curve/Action and a Driver animating the same property in Blender, I believe the Driver takes precedence. However, you might be able to animate the source of the Driver. If the Driver is transferring, say, the location of a bone or if you have some custom "sliders," you can perhaps keyframe these as normal Blender Actions instead.
I assume you mean "bake" to the NLA (not the final bake to a single action). After the NLA bake, are you seeing the strip pairs in the NLA editor? There might be something else driving your rig/mesh. Check that you don't have any active action on the armature or mesh (if you use shape keys), as they take precedence over the NLA. You can check this in the Dope Sheet / Action Editor and unlink the active action with X button. Alternatively, you can also see any active action directly in the NLA (first orange strip should show ).

Thanks a lot, You don't know how happy I am.
我虽然购买了这个插件,但由于听不懂语言,依旧不懂如何使用,希望作者可以简单的使用mmd_tools插件导入一个具有形态键的模型来操作一遍,这样可以吸引更多中国与日本国众多mmd作者的使用😊
Awesome, I will purchase this!

Hello! Does it only allow a certain duration of an audio? It seems to cut the original length of the audio when i place it as strip

None of my shapekeys appear in the drop down menu. Does it not work with shapekeys?

Hello ; I did exactly as shown in your tutorial but when I bake, nothing moves except the tongue sometimes. I am desperate, please help !
