He’s the voice of Pink Floyd and he still sounds good! I’m so glad he’s still around and performing!
Roger Waters is having a great tour, too! But he’s relying on a huge Video screen which is impressive.
Gilmour relies on his singing and playing instead. In other words, his music. Not Multimedia so much.
Thanks for posting this show! I don’t get out to concerts anymore so RUclips is all I got. I put this on my Big Flatscreen TV and it’s almost like being there live. As close as I can get now.

Je préfère de loin l'organisation de la tournée de 2006, avec une première partie consacrée au nouvel album et une seconde entièrement dédiée aux titres du Floyd... Sans compter, mais là c'est dû à la cruauté de la vie, que Rick Wright n'est plus là pour chanter avec David ou pour ces versions fantastiques d'Echoes qui ont enflammé les nuits de l'été 2006...
De plus, sur cette tournée, sauf en Amérique du Sud, ce n'est hélas pas Phil Manzanera qui assure les secondes guitares... Et cela fait une grosse différence, ainsi que sur le son global du groupe... Comme pour le concert à Pompéï de cette tournée, les choristes amènent une coloration plus "rythm & blues" que je trouve plutôt malvenue... Là aussi, ce n'était pas le cas pour les concerts en Amérique du Sud...
Mais bon, ce doit être les choix de David... Heureusement, nous sommes toujours gâtés par ses solos magnifiques et sa belle voix ...

Awesome audio and video, mate. But they're a bit out of sync on the first half...

There's no out of sync in the video, the issue you're having is caused by youtube + the device you're using, specially if it is an android. It depends on your type and amount of processors, your free memory and the apps you could have deployed in background, and this would be more noticeable in the first half which is real 1080 resolution and even more when this is a three hours video/soundtrack... I suggest you to recheck it from another device or after closing some apps. Cheers.

Culture was quit different in those years which end up shaping different creative minds as well, in that times there was a lot of talented people not only Pink Floyd. Nowdays all is different, starting by the culture we're sunken in, so we'll never see this kind of genius again but in some "vintage" videos forgotten in the attic.

@@TheForce_Productions Unfortunately that appears to be the way it is. The idea that one would not 'sell out' to the corporate pop machine did not translate well into GenZ culture. They don't even understand the term 'sell out'. as they start out today already part of 'the machine.' where the most streams are coveted more than 'artistic integrity' I.know that pisses off Roger. Dave sees things on a more restrained HOPE a real individual point of view will somehow get through,. eventually. vibe. There's no right or wrong on this. Roger is by nature a pessimist and Dave optimist.. But how can it get through when they can't understand why the most views doesn't mean the most spiritually and intellectually enriching experience.

A magical concert, the Polish audience, as usual, did not disappoint. It's a pity that the orchestra was not highlighted in the arrangements. Overall, a cool concert. A small note Another Pink Floyd did a great concert with an orchestra and choir, the arrangements were brilliant, maybe David can be persuaded to play more of the orchestra in Italy in October ;)

Does Waters use leftist politics to numb guilt about Syd?
Roger said he laughed at Syds "crazy idea" to bring in 2 females to sing/play saxaphone before kicking him out then a female singer and a saxaphone are put on Darkside not to mention a rerecording of Syds Clockwork Room at end of Bike for opening of Time and Roger also reused Syds "scribbly black" line in it too.
One can see why Syd yelled those crazy things about Wanting to kill Waters heard by Syds neighbour, the poor guy didn't even get a posthumous joint writing credit for Time let alone the other ideas taken.
