Tory was shit, egged on hawk to break dimitris arm, never apologized for it, tried to at bare minimum permanetly scar Sam, and constantly plays the "well my living conditions" card while actively doing everything she possibly can to make the situation worse. A better comparison would be Robbie who yes I have the same feelings towards him as I do her.

Tory was already rude, aggressive and partaking in criminal behavior *before* Cobra Kai and Kreese fully began to influence her. Cobra Kai didn't make her steal that bottle of vodka, for example, Tory did that of her own accord. Did Cobra Kai make her worse? Of course it did, nobody can deny that. But it would also be foolish to deny that Tory already displayed a lot of those nasty, petty, hyper-aggressive attributes *before* she was fully influenced by Cobra Kai.

The problem with Tory is that so much of her plight is completely self-inflicted. Her probation, her explulsion, even her work situation are all consequences of *her* actions and the problems that come with them. Like.. Girl, you tried to *kill* Sam. Of course she's not going to be 100% chill with you walking into school like nothing ever happened. Was Sam basically threatening Tory good decorum? Of course not. But you know what? Call Buddy in November the second 5 and the second last third five he'll be in February hopefully the first 2 weeks but when that happens the great thing is they're all going to be together 15 episodes. The entire next year and Netflix to stay.
Cobra Kai has numbers and better athletes, but Miyagi Do and Eagle Fang have the currently more skilled martial artists. And then at the top is literally Miguel, Robby, Eli, and Demetri...none of the other guys can compete with those 4. Tory and Samantha for the girls, Piper and Li haven't been training anywhere near long enough to be on par with Tory or Sam. Kenny learned directly from the best in Cobra Kai, Robby, but he's still small and inexperienced currently.
I wouldn't rank Demitri that high, personally. He's got innate talent but he doesn't have the experience the other 3 have. And him "beating" Hawk during the rumble was Hawk overestimating himself and underestimating Demitri.

Idk why of all the shitty things done to each other by CK and MD; going after a solo Hawk is the most cowardice action in the series thus far. KC really can't fight fair It is sad though because that's what it took for Hawk to really reflect on his actions and begin to finally realize the lesson Johnny tried to instill in the first class. He was told to fight back and choose who he wants to be, by changing himself to be better, but there was never anything wrong with him to begin with. In Johnny's mind you're either the bully or the bullied, and Hawk learned that behaviour, but Demetri reminded Hawk that he is more than just those two options.
Actually guys the new season of Cobra Kai is supposed to release in 3 parts not 2. Starts July 18th then October but the finale is supposed to be January. From the last time I looked into it anyway. Tory has been doing a face turn all season I love it. Sam came off as a heel in the end of episode 6.

Even before Hawk was bullying Kenny, ever since Hawk switched sides and betrayed Cobra Kai, the vouched to get revenge on him. The reason why Robby cut Hawk’s hair cuz he kept bullying Kenny and he wouldn’t stop so he gave him what he deserved. Daniel & Johnny wasn’t going to win the tournament to begin with the whole goal for Daniel & Johnny was for them to teach their lessons equally that is where they balance comes from but they couldn’t stay together.
Guys robby did it because what hawk did to kenny. Remember hawk betrayed cobra kai at the end of s3, they were gonna jump him sooner or later. Like it or not, Robby gave them the tamest consequences. Lets remember hawk was already an asshole to Robby in the past.
My biggest issue with Tory is that they made her nearly psychotic for 2 seasons. Trying to disfigure Sam or even kill her with spikey brass knuckles or attacking her with weapons in her own home. That’s the sort of thing that we call attempted murder. That was WAY over the top and ruined what sympathy I have for her home life. Tory has a bad home life for sure, but she’s also a bad person. Like, Robby has a bad home life too and while he’s def made some mistakes, he’s not a sociopath like Tory. I don’t like Tory’s redemption arc tbh, I don’t think she deserves it.
I think she was only really psychotic in season 3. Up until the season 2 finale, I thought she was a bad influence on Miguel and a good foil for Sam, but didn't really do anything truly bad. But it's always the finales that made her look completely bad. If they reworked the season 3 finale to a jumping in the park or something as opposed to a literla breaking and entering, I wouldn't have lost as much sympathy
Tory deserved it more than anyone, because Tory was the only person that had no support system at all. When Tory finally did get any support, it was Kreese and that will never end well. When Amanda stepped in to genuinely try to help Tory, it turned Tory's life around. That signals that Tory just needed positive influences in her life and she wouldn't have made the poor choices she made.
Johnny did suggest and want to fight Daniel and see who wins the night before not Daniel and Daniel did not want to fight the next morning it was not till you saw Daniel training when Daniel was taking the fight seriously but silver did mess up Daniel's head
Kreese is good. He manipulated Amanda with the biggest bullshit regarding Tori. She has a sick mom and she’s poor. So why is she constantly breaking the law just to hurt Sam and Miguel? Say she succeeded when she broke into Sam’s house( which was only like a month ago), Tori would be in jail. Then what? It’s not like Sam is scared of Tori because Tori tried to steal from her. Then this new information would give me empathy for Tori. She needs money. Sam’s parents have it. Edit: All the Sam defenders are descending. I think both have done awful things to escalate the rivalry and Tory only took it too far due to bad teachings. As for the Hawk situation, he was bullying a middle schooler... I think Robby and Tory taught him a lesson and you can argue if it was justified. But here, in this moment, she twisted Aisha and Johnny's words.

Cobra Kai has numbers and better athletes, but Miyagi Do and Eagle Fang have the currently more skilled martial artists. And then at the top is literally Miguel, Robby, Eli, and Demetri...none of the other guys can compete with those 4. Tory and Samantha for the girls, Piper and Li haven't been training anywhere near long enough to be on par with Tory or Sam. Kenny learned directly from the best in Cobra Kai, Robby, but he's still small and inexperienced currently.
I wouldn't rank Demitri that high, personally. He's got innate talent but he doesn't have the experience the other 3 have. And him "beating" Hawk during the rumble was Hawk overestimating himself and underestimating Demitri.

It is sad though because that's what it took for Hawk to really reflect on his actions and begin to finally realize the lesson Johnny tried to instill in the first class. He was told to fight back and choose who he wants to be, by changing himself to be better, but there was never anything wrong with him to begin with. In Johnny's mind you're either the bully or the bullied, and Hawk learned that behaviour, but Demetri reminded Hawk that he is more than just those two options.

Even before Hawk was bullying Kenny, ever since Hawk switched sides and betrayed Cobra Kai, the vouched to get revenge on him. The reason why Robby cut Hawk’s hair cuz he kept bullying Kenny and he wouldn’t stop so he gave him what he deserved. Daniel & Johnny wasn’t going to win the tournament to begin with the whole goal for Daniel & Johnny was for them to teach their lessons equally that is where they balance comes from but they couldn’t stay together.

My biggest issue with Tory is that they made her nearly psychotic for 2 seasons. Trying to disfigure Sam or even kill her with spikey brass knuckles or attacking her with weapons in her own home. That’s the sort of thing that we call attempted murder. That was WAY over the top and ruined what sympathy I have for her home life. Tory has a bad home life for sure, but she’s also a bad person. Like, Robby has a bad home life too and while he’s def made some mistakes, he’s not a sociopath like Tory. I don’t like Tory’s redemption arc tbh, I don’t think she deserves it.

I think she was only really psychotic in season 3. Up until the season 2 finale, I thought she was a bad influence on Miguel and a good foil for Sam, but didn't really do anything truly bad. But it's always the finales that made her look completely bad. If they reworked the season 3 finale to a jumping in the park or something as opposed to a literla breaking and entering, I wouldn't have lost as much sympathy
Tory deserved it more than anyone, because Tory was the only person that had no support system at all. When Tory finally did get any support, it was Kreese and that will never end well. When Amanda stepped in to genuinely try to help Tory, it turned Tory's life around.
That signals that Tory just needed positive influences in her life and she wouldn't have made the poor choices she made.
